I ordered a caramel latte and asked for whipped creme but they gave me the tiniest amount of whipped creme. My sister got a egg nog cafe and it tasted a little bit like soap but maybe thats just the drink. Overall good atmosphere but they could put more effort in the drinks.

Just want to say that I miss Joey and the other workers at Starbucks I’m really going to miss this place you guys are being good to me here but it’s time for me to move on I am at Holbrook Arizona and finally I have my own apartment and there’s a church here in Holbrook Arizona and it’s called Catholic charities they give out food when they when that’s a blessing right now I am very tired white towards the 22nd or the 24th to give the rest of the rent what happens when I was trying to take Greyhound and it cost me nearly $300 here from Mobile Alabama and the bus was delayed three times and I said that’s the last time that I will travel because every time I have to deal with delays I just heard that the food stamps is they going to do a shutdown I don’t know what it is but I heard of it yeah I know I wish I was there too but I’m in a better place now but if I decide to come back to Pensacola that is the Starbucks I want to go to because you guys are very special to me and that makes me feel better yeah especially wrestlers like Jey Uso I don’t know why but he just loves me yeah he’s a handsome young man yeah I know Roman reigns is from here he was born here in Pensacola he lives in Tampa with his lovely family and also Seth Rollins he is not going to be with the visionary anymore he just got brutally attacked by the wrestler breaker and his big wrestler on his side destroy him but I’m glad does Seth Rollins I needs Roman reigns on his side if they could reunite so they can become the shield again because I just saw a picture of CM punk Seth Rollins Roman reigns I wish they can just reform The shield that would be great I just want to say hi to Joey and Haley I really miss you guys thank you for everything but if I do decide to come back that’s the first Starbucks I’ll go and have breakfast because you guys are very sweet and I like the customers there they’re always very welcome there yes I really miss you guys too I know it’s probably raining out there or it’s cold yes mostly cold everywhere I really miss you guys

This was unfortunately, the longest drive thru I have ever been in. This store is clearly understaffed, even when we got to the window they were struggling to keep up. Trexton, was so understanding, so kind, and so patient!! He made my experience entirely better! Thank you Trexton for making the best out of a poor situation, hoping you and your staff get the help you need soon!

Train your employees on how to accept a coupon on the app! How to give the paying customer their correct total before they charge them especially when they tell you that they have a coupon! Train management how to speak to a client that explains in a very professional way that they messed up! It’s not personal it happens BUT they can not make the paying customer feel like they did something wrong!!!
Walks up & tell me that I need to contact corporate for an error the drive thru teller made 30 minutes before!!! Then says she does not even have corporates number… She’s never had to call it.. With an attitude. BS!! DO BETTER!!! One star is too much!!!

I would give 5 stars if I felt the employees were being treated with respect and dignity. My order has always been correct and the staff incredibly friendly, but they are short-staffed at no fault of the employees. Managers need to do better.

Not quite sure what’s going on with this location but the wait time through drive-thru has become borderline outrageous. I was pushed over my edge today when I received my hot macchiato in a warm state. I’m hoping that they seek resolution soon.

Used to be the best Starbucks but the quality has really gone downhill. The matcha is basically just milk at this point. The only drink I can get somewhat consistent is a mocha cookie crumble frappe.

loved this starbucks!! everyone is super friendly and they even gave out tiny little samples of one of the new holiday drinks one time I went. it’s one of my favorite starbucks stores to go to in the area.
