This Subway has the best workers and best food, it’s always clean. I have a couple favorites but today I had Austin and he was awesome. The subway on Columbia sucks, sorry but I live near it and will drive out to Beckley rd to eat. Hickman rd subway is always dirty, the manager is rude. Beckley subway is the place to go! Thank you Austin!

Food looks and taste like it’s expired
Everytime i get it delivered, sandwich is messy, wrong toppings wrong sauce.
Everytime i go into the store, again everything looks like it’s expired it would explain why I keep getting sick there.
I can’t believe that this place is still open.

We just left subway, 12:50.p.m., my daughter went in to order for us, all employees were standing together talking and didn’t wait on her. They didn’t say they were busy, would be right with her–nothing. So we will eat elsewhere

Hey, Subway, thank you for the rock-hard, probably 5-day old bread with a spoon full of tuna smeared, extremely lightly, across its entire 11 inches.
You guys suck. The owner of this location should have his Subway listener revoked by corporate.
Every time I’ve been there, you hear nothing but the staff complaining about how poorly run the location is. Stories of staff members who apparently just get to leave midway through their shift simply because they don’t wanna be there without any consequences. One staff member working their butt off because they’re alone and slammed.
Owner, maybe go back to just playing Checkers on your front porch, yelling at the neighborhood kids, probably more your speed.

Got there at 8:30pm with my family from out of state. We ordered our food (which took a while because they would only do one sub at a time) and sat down to eat (all the tables were dirty, chairs were dirty, 2 of the tables were being used by holding employees food and items). By the time our family sat down to eat they had to rush and only made it through half their sub before it hit 8:50 and the employee said were closing and turned the lights off in the dining area; making it difficult for my 75-yr-old father to see to get out of the restaurant. Very disappointed. We love Subway but will never return to this location.

I’ll always have to complain about lettuce. Because it always looks white in Brown. But I know there’s not much you can do about it. Being that you have to put it in a metal container in a cold table. Because the state knows best. So they think?.. Great atmosphere, always. Friendly service would recommend Subway on Columbia ormeyers anytime you’re out doing anything and you get hungry.
