If I could give this place 100 stars I absolutely would! This is one of my favorite establishments in Carrollton. The vibe is immaculate, perfect for either a date night or just a place to stop by after a long day of work. If you don’t know which wine you prefer, I promise you will after a night at 1881! Also, you MUST get the Frosé, it is the absolute best. Have not had a single item on the food menu that I or anyone I bring have not thoroughly enjoyed. I could go on and on about everyone that works here individually, but the service that they all contribute, you are treated as if you are the only one there. Every single individual on the staff is wonderful, caring, welcoming, and the list could go on and on. If you haven’t been here yet, you must check it out ASAP!

1881 Wine Bar absolutely nailed it. The pizza is the best in town, and when you add the hot honey – enough said. Callaway and Ava kept the night flowing with spot-on service, always around when you needed them without hovering. Great food, great people, great vibe. Easy 5 stars.
