Used to be a good place to eat now there’s young kids working there arguing under just slight pressure took 25 minutes to make my order btw I only ordered for my self a #3 and that’s it. I won’t be eating here in the future especially since there’s a tyler location now.it’s easier to drive further than to listen to these people

Drove for hours to eat here only to arrive and they closed early. Now I get to drive home early. Even though there was still employees inside, they refused to make my order and we had to leave with no consultation. Why would I ever drive out here again if I’m not sure they will be open? 2 days in a row I have called and gotten no answer. Yesterday we arrived there a little before 9:30 only to see that they were closed… all the lights out even though they aren’t supposed to close until 10. A worker was taking out the trash and we asked her why they were closed and she said because her boss said to close. Very displeased with this location.

You can’t understand the employees tried to call in an order for a pick three and he rang in three orders and couldn’t even understand what he was saying I had to ask the price to see if it was correct and of course the guy I can’t understand doesn’t understand me to even take my order so upsetting

Even for heat and eat Italian, this location is terrible! Burnt or old leftover food, very rude employees, skimpy portion’s!!

The employees are rude also on they’re sign it says they close at 11 on a Friday I show up there at 9 and the guy told me to go away we’re closing I made him notice about his sign which said 11 the guy acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying all the sudden fed up with them never going back again
