I really wanted this to be a five star but I cannot give it more than two stars. The burger tasted a little like dog food and I am so sorry to say this. I’m not even very picky, but yeah, I probably won’t be trying this ever again. The truffle tater tots were okay not outstanding like I was hoping.

Don’t even bother eating here. We had never eaten here before so we tried it. The burger was a complete let down, hardly any flavor, was just a burger you could get anywhere so lower your expectations. I came to Wataburger on Valentine’s Day, The food was okay I guess. The best experience was with the cashier Nick. Nick was great tonight, Even though he was very busy, he took his time and thoroughly went to the menu with me. I have a little trouble reading and he read the menu to me personally and that’s beyond helpful. I’ve never had someone read a menu to me like that and I wanted to thank you so much . I’ve visited Wahlburgers on Saturday, January 10th my cashier was Nick, he was a doll baby he was so sweet and kind. He helped me out with ordering food. He told me his favorite food and he was extremely helpful with the menu. He has a lovely customer service voice haha! I honestly thought he was a manager at first. I’ll be back on Saturdays to see nick haha. ❤️

Workers were all monosyllabic. I was looking at menu and asking about the alcoholic drinks they had but cashier just stared at me.
It seemed like a long wait when we were the only ppl in the restaurant. When we picked up the order that staffer also only stared and no words exchanged.
Ordered burgers, sweet potato tots, and pickle chips. Burgers were dry – the actual patties – at least the toppings were fresh. Pickle chips dry and crunchy. Didn’t finish the burgers, threw out the pickles, and only enjoyed the tots.
It was at least clean in the seating area.
My final comment is that the mayo containers are sitting out unrefrigerated and that’s a good way to get sick.

There was 3 people together using the kiosk when the cashier helped me. 2 people at the 2nd restaurant beside it that turned out they were the same restaurant. The cashier i give an A +++ she was very nice and pleasant. The cooks were all busy doing work , they get a gold star as well. The rest of the people need fired or retrained. I stood there waiting 20min to get my order. I watched as the food sat on the counter in the back. My fries were soggy by the time the red head that was flopping her ponty tail everywhere and telling everyone they were closed even though the casino announced several times they were open for another hour. The girl (tank top girl) that was putting food on the second counter disappeared and noone else seemed to be able to move the food to the front until she returned. Then when they seen me snap a pic of my receipt the red head then asked for it even though she was allowing others to keep their receipts.
The cashier and cooks are the only reason this review gets stars.

NICK WAS GREAT!! I’ve been coming into Wahlburgers for 2 years now! The other cashiers Don’t listen like him The young man, Nick, the short gentleman is by far the best cashier I’ve ever had!! He always has the most respect, a big white smile and a great attitude. He’s the reason why I keep coming back. Thank you Nick. You’re the reason why Wahlburgers is even operating. He gave me a compliment and it made my day !!!. Thank you Nick!! He works nights !!!!

Couldn’t believe some of the reviews here. I’ve stopped here several times now while visiting the casino. The burgers have been great every time. It’s actually beef & they cook it correctly & not well well well done as most places. Also, the prices are fair, especially these days.
