Let me start off by saying, when I first tried this restaurant, it was life-changing lol. Ever since the first, I’ve tried it. I have been there almost almost every other day I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to this restaurant, The employees know my order at this point and I love that about them. They are always so sweet and kind when you come in, I have weird request some times in regards ordering my food and they never question me or make a face and do it with a smile. The food quality is amazing, I noticed you guys did something different with your rice not to long ago, Please keep it that way because it is even better than it was before.. the meat is phenomenal, the seasoning to the food is amazing. I honestly don’t have the correct words to describe how great they season the food. I enjoy this place so much to the point where I am using them to cater for my wedding October 4 of this year. So far working with everybody with this catering (Miguel and Andrew to be exact) has been an absolute pleasure, They sincerely want what’s best for you and to do nothing but serve you the best service and quality food. I have not had one employee here who has been rude to me nor have I ever had a horrible experience with their food the amount of times I’ve came to eat here for lunch. Keep up the AMAZING work. I will update this review after my wedding in regards to how the food and catering was in general!!
UPDATE…
The amount of food we received for 80 people was MORE than enough. They did a great job with the food, it was great. The only thing I will say is the rice was undercooked in a few trays but we had enough to make it work !!

Fantastically fresh and flavorful! A little hard to find but worth the trek. This place will give any other Mexican place in town a run for their money. Don’t let the interior fool you. This is some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. It tastes as good as it looks!
Update: They took the chicken fajitas off of the menu. That was my favorite dish!

Stopped in at Filo’s Mexican Catania for lunch while we were at the World Equestria Center Hotel today.
The setup reminded me of a Choplte setup, but they actually cooked some of the items in the back.
I ordered the chicken quesadilla, flautos, and 2 tacos. The tacos were small street tacos, and the Flautos were just okay. The quesdailla was okay as well. My mother in law said the rice was white people rice with no flavor. Very dry rice.
It was an okay snack before heading back to the competition.

We had a make your own salad bowl (edible and delish) and three street tacos. The chicken, carne asada, and the sweet pork… ALL so delicious!! Pricing is great especially if you compare to a whole meal at McD’s, being almost the same price! Will be back again for sure!!

Stopped in for lunch while attending the Comic Con event… This was my first time. The food was amazing! The staff was very nice. The restaurant was clean. Jonathan, the manager, was exceptionally gracious and friendly, and gave us a ride back to the event, so we wouldn’t have to walk the mile back to the Expo Center. Thank you, Jonathan.

Came to the World Equestrian Center for an event. Quick friendly fast casual food service. Food was prepared fresh to order. Flavorful with a little kick. Had the sweet pork barbacoa bowl, the birria tacos, and some nachos. Definitely worth checking out. Their desserts look amazing in the display! So of course we got churro cheesecake!

Great atmosphere! The food is fresh and delicious. I enjoy the marinated vegetables bowl which comes with Jack cheese, peppers, onions, squash, and chipotle mayo. In addition to that you can get extra toppings like pico de gallo, guacamole, and black beans.

What a disappointment
It’s a place like Moe’s or Chipotle without the choice variety. The nacho “cheese” is a bland mixture of a few creamy liquids that end up on the bottom of the bowl & NOT on the chips. Chips are not plain tortilla chips but are heavily ‘dusted’ with powdered spices.
The tres leche cake in a plastic cup was very good.
Note that you have to walk or take a golf cart to this place (like many others at the hotel). it’s about a quarter mile from the nearest parking lot.
