This lady who calls herself the manager, doesn’t know abc of customer service.
She is Very rude. I returned after long time hoping wouldn’t see her face but unfortunately I had no option. She put very little all the sides when asked her for a lil more she gives a shifty face back. The guy behind me asked for a sandwich then he found out it has pork and asked for not to use she replied you should read it before.
So much can go on but leave it for good now

Wow. Twice in a row. My sandwich has been wrong. They used spinach instead of lettuce. Charge for double cheese but don’t give it. The manager there has been rude both times. Avoid this place

Won’t return again I promise you that. When I told the lady she didn’t make my sandwich right she put my toppings back in the container. Which is a clear indication this is done often. Subway I’m disappointed in you guys. Photo shows you it all

The lady manager is terrible. I ordered the 12 inch cookie and I asked for another fork. She denied my request saying one order one utensil. Who in their right mind is going to share the 12 inch cookie all by themselves? The manager needs to change asap. On top of that the subway cookie was cold.

I figured all subways are the same, but I now see these guys have terrible reviews, I should have picked the one down the street.
My main complaint is they just get graded based on when they complete online orders, so they clicked the “order is ready” button when they hadn’t even started. I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order, and they had the bread sitting out, but no cheese, not toasted, etc.
I wish the managers would make the workers follow the rules. It doesn’t really matter to me if they were busy and couldn’t get to it, but just don’t tell me the order is ready when it isn’t.

The lady making the food seemed to try to disappoint me. First, I asked for a 6” on Italian herbs and cheese bread and she gave me plain white bread. Then I asked for tomatoes and she gave me 2 measly slices. So I asked if she could please give me more and she reluctantly gave me one single slice more. Then, I asked for banana peppers and she also gave me only 3 rings. I asked for black olives and I think she gave me 5 pieces. Incredibly disappointing and not to mention expensive experience. Subway used to be top tier for subs and now is easily last place.
