Let me start by saying I like Jimmy John’s subs and I prefer Jimmy John’s over all other chain sub and sandwich shops. Now, I love “Italian” subs but I can’t stand the fact that Jimmy John’s puts mayonnaise on their Italian subs. So I order them without mayonnaise. Usually not an issue. Today I was the only customer in the store and the young man that took my order, with no mayonnaise, was the one that made my sub. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that he had put mayonnaise on my sub until I had gotten all the way home. Completely ruined my sub. It’s just not worth my time to drive all the way back in town and get another sub. So I’m out $20 and the sub is in the trash.

I feel more often than not people rush to complain about anything negative and never the positive. Today, as I stopped into the Jimmy John’s in Salisbury, MD I was treated with the kindest, competent staff. Not only did they answer my questions, I observed the way they treated each other and how the gentleman at the cash register was clearly new, but his coworkers helped him with grace and patience. We are excited to try to picklewichs! Kudos to this establishment.

Food is not worth price charged. The tuna didn’t taste good. And the cashier acted like they were deaf and couldn’t hear also they are so stupid they couldn’t even put the subs in bags. Had to ask for bags and was only given 2 bags when I ordered 3 subs for 3 different people

Very poor experience today. Sandwiches were not assembled properly to order. Not halved as requested. A complete mess. Breaking in new employees is one thing. But please don’t do it on my order without supervision. It’s not like you were busy.

Turkey with roast beef. – no roast beef
Roast beef – no extra vegetables
None of the sandwiches were halved as requested.
22 oz drink – i was given a 16 oz cup.
I love your franchise. Today’s experience was wildly unusual based on my normal experience at that location.
Follow up october 3rd. In spite of my feedback yesterday (10-2-24) I ordered 2 more sandwiches today. Very poor sandwhich assembly and incredibly amazing, sandwhiches were NOT halved despite requests to the contrary in the JJ app. Quality control is most definitely spiraling. Very Very poor.

Giving a counter review to that weirdos last review, especially since he was yelling and berating and didn’t even order anything in the first place. Anyhow I’ve been here several times, service is fast and polite. Some good lettuce wraps if you get a sandwhich with enough meat too. I’d recommend the hot peppers if that’s up your alley. Bit pricey for my blood admittedly.
