Decent at best. Order was taken immediately. Took a while to get the food. Fries were okay. Burger was good. I should have went to Hardee’s across the street. It wasn’t a complete waste but there’s better food out there for your money.

We always drive through Colquitt on our way back from GA so I’ve never googled directions to this Burger King, but the location on Google for this Burger King is wrong. It gives you directions to a DG Market instead. This Burger King is on W Crawford and Spring st, not first street. Anyways I wanted to leave a review just to say that this was a good location for traveling with 2 smaller kids by myself because the bathroom is a family style bathroom where you can lock the door and then have the bathroom all to yourself so that was a pleasant surprise and makes it so much easier. The food was good but the service was subpar. I stood there awhile and they would look at me every now and then but never said anything to me at all for a good 5 minutes if not longer. That was pretty frustrating. I don’t expect much now-a-days because I feel like customer service is pretty bad everywhere so this wasn’t outrageously bad other than that.

Go to Hardee across the street. I ordered 2 cheese burgers (at noon). They told me they could only give me one and subbed chicken nuggets for other. Of course I asked for refund but they seem willing to. Left with a bag with 2 chicken nuggets. Coffee was cold! Threw it all away and went to Hardee’s

I have had previous experiences here that weren’t so good. However, the crew working this morning was great! It seemed the a skeleton crew since it was earlier in the morning and they were deep cleaning. I busted my tire while passing through and I stopped in here to ask where I could get my tire fixed. Every single one of the employees were trying to help me. They had incredible customer service. I really appreciate it, yall! 🙂

I should have known to leave after pulling up to the drive thru ordering menu and speaker and no one answered us after several minutes of us waiting and sitting there.
We made the mistake of ordering.
We ordered two cheeseburgers, one chicken tender wrap, one order of nuggets and 3 fries.
We pulled up to the pay window and saw a German cockroach. Should have left.
No one came and then realized that we had to go to the food pick up window. Greeted the attendant and she barely acknowledged me.
I thanked her and asked her how she was doing and she barley answered me.
After I Paid for the food, we sat for several minutes, keep in mind no one else was in line and it took minutes to get our drinks.
Then, we were asked to move forward and wait.
Still, no one else in line.
10 plus minutes later, I finally decided to go in and get our order.
The bag was sitting there and the staff was sitting there talking with themselves and couldn’t care less if our order was delivered or not.
Bottom line
The staff at this restaurant don’t care
15-20 other reviews all say the same thing
Who ever owns this restaurant has serious issues with this store and doesn’t care what happens

Extremely rude drive thru personnel. When I placed my order at the speaker, I could see the drive thru attendant outside at a vehicle with, I’m assuming, friends. At the window, I was greeted with an eye roll. She never said my total, just stuck her hand out the window. I asked her if she had a problem. She shook her head. Once she handed my card back to me, she slammed the window in my face never allowing me to ask for anything. She walked out of the door behind my car and went back to her friend at the vehicle in the parking lot. I already despise this place due to a previous unwelcoming experience. I wouldn’t have come back if it weren’t for my kids wanting nuggets. I’ll make my own before I grace this establishment with my presence, or money, again.

The worst $10.47 spent. I ordered original chicken sandwich meal. I got Coke Zero but I don’t know what I was drinking, it didn’t taste like Coke Zero. Chicken sandwich was okay…the fries were nasty and not salted. Never again I will go there

Easy in and out make this a good choice if you’re crossing GA between Chattanooga and Tallahassee. There aren’t many fast food places along 27 to start with so this is a welcome addition. Nonetheless, service was extremely slow and the size of the burgers themselves seemed much reduced–so much so that I’m not sure it was worth the wait or the price. Staff was friendly though so no complaints on that front.

I would not recommend going here as the tea was sour, the coke wasn’t working, and the roof had two major leaks in the ceiling letting water into the restaurant. It also took us 20 minutes to get our food when there was 4 customers in the restaurant. Dead flys were also on the table

Rude staff and always out of something and they won’t bother to tell u had to go back in to realize fries were not forgot they just didn’t have any the sweet tea is not sweet and my burger was drowning in mustard and ketchup couldn’t take a bite without it pouring out the sides. if you don’t like you’re job quit if it’s to hard to be nice and make some food that you you’re self would be happy with you and you’re family eating . The to good to be working here attitude is uncalled for
