I only gave it four stars because one of the things I wanted for the hoagie fest that was showing it was online for this specific store but it was not in the store.

Other than that it’s actually a more interesting Wawa than the ones I’ve seen recently especially the amount of parking around it.

The tire pump completely broke off the piece of my tire so that I couldn’t put the cap back on. Therefore giving me a completely flat tire. I’ll never be using the air pumps again. The AAA service agent said it’s a frequent occurrence with Wawa.

I ordered a ham, provolone cheese and mayo on white bread. My sandwich was cut with a dirty knife. There was orange along the cut side of the sandwich. It was cut with a dirty knife.I also did not order extra mayo, you would never know it see pics. I did not feel up to going back to the store and ate the sandwich. not this time but a lot of times our sandwiches are made wrong. I can’t believe employees are allowed to use dirty knives I wonder what the board of health would say about this?

Extremely disappointed. Took one bite into this and it next thing you know. I’m choking on a piece of hair. The people there are great. But this is wild.

Interesting a landscape a friend of mine 2 1/2 three weeks ago filled up all four of his trucks. On that pump, they all had gas in the tank. I’ll let him get on here. Explain everything because I just seen this. He’s gonna flip.

This was my second time visiting a Wawa. The first time was at a location in Delaware, where I tried their burrito and a coffee. The burrito was very delicious — I added chipotle sauce, another hot sauce, and jalapeños (I like my food spicy!). But while the food was great, the bathroom was dirty and gross, which left a bad impression.

With that experience in mind, we decided to stop at this location since we were in the area. Unfortunately — and surprisingly — the bathroom at this location was also dirty. I didn’t have my phone on me either time to take pictures — Qadr Allāh.

While ordering, I paid for sour cream but didn’t receive it. It’s not a big deal since it was only 25 cents, but I still wanted to mention it for accuracy.

At the coffee station, one of the servers had an attitude, which initially made the experience uncomfortable. However, she later apologized and explained that she was going through a lot that day — may Allāh guide us and her. Āmīn.

Now to the food:
I ordered both a burrito and a bowl. The burrito, Alhamdullillāh, was just as good as the one I had in Delaware. However, the bowl was very disappointing. I had specifically asked for chipotle sauce and jalapeños, but it came with neither. I didn’t realize until I had already left and started eating it — and unfortunately, without the spice, the flavor really fell flat for me.

Another small but frustrating thing: the napkins were placed so high up at this location that it was difficult to reach them.

Despite these issues, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from a few workers:
• Danna (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) noticed I was having trouble with the ordering machine and kindly walked me through the steps. She seemed genuinely happy to help, which was refreshing.
• Kristi, the manager, was also very kind. I had accidentally ordered mac and cheese and an extra burrito. When the cashier, Adam (also helpful), called her over to void the items and process a refund, she handled it with a smile and didn’t make a big deal out of my mistake. That kind of attitude goes a long way.

As for pricing — I do think Wawa is expensive. They charged $2.99 for a tiny piece of cornbread, which honestly surprised me. Their coffee is also pricey, especially considering you can get a larger one for less at places like Dunkin’.

the portions are different every time. I get a salad every time and this particular time there was barely anything in both the salad and the dressing cups. It’s like a $10 salad plus extra to get more dressing that you need because 1 is no where near enough.

Funny, you mentioned this about the gas. around three weeks ago when I was in there, my check engine light came on the next day brought it to the mechanic and he said the fuel filter was full of gas. I guess I got lucky once he replaced that since I have a smaller tank, it was OK. I bet hundreds of people don’t even know when their check engine light came on. They had gas in their tank and I’m sure just from that pump you’re talking about when they fill the tank. It goes to at least five different pumps. Yeah I’m done with that place.
