If you like Poland and polish food, you won’t be disappointed here. Food is authentic, specially their polish sausages plate. Decorations are great, lot of dolls and china in the main dining room. Definitely will dine again next time I am in the neighborhood.

If you’re looking for amazing Polish cuisine, look no further. City chicken, pierogies, guampky (stuffed cabbage rolls), meatballs have all been delicious. My favorite is city chicken. I get it each visit. Must try their unique spin on potato pancakes that are so fabulous. Michigan Pop choices Faygo (red pop, rock n’ rye, ect) or Vernors ginger ale. If you don’t want Polish food, there’s so many other choices you can choose.
If you’re just in the mood for dessert, they are one of the best places. An amazing variety of cakes and pies. They are worth the trip. The dining room feels like home. Decoration of old pictures, knickknacks salt and pepper shakers picture frames table cloths. So beautiful inside.

Love this Polish place. Polish owner grew up in West Detroit and brought a mix of what they grew up with (Polish and a bit of Mexican). Reminds me of my Busia’s (GMA’s) house and the great polish food we had. Kielbasa, Golabki, Pierogi, Sauerkraut. Used to go to Polish Village Cafe in Hamtramck or Sabina’s in Melvindale. Love the feel of the tables, the big food and great service for honestly a very reasonable price. This is my new go to Polish dining fix.

I could easily leave a 6-star review if possible! Service was exceptional, we were served food in less than 10 minutes during dinner rush (place was packed to the brim!) and our waitress was the nicest person on Earth green beans and mashed potatoes were perfect, Gołąbki was spot on as well. Atmosphere is just like grandmas kitchen with traditional folk music and a lovely touch of Soviet environment. Overall this place was one of the best restaurants I’ve been able to dine at, and it’s right in my backyard!!!

4/5 Czapski’s has incredible ambition for taking on cuisines that couldn’t be more different! The pierogi dinner was worth getting – texture and flavor were perfect. However, the chicken tacos were quite sad. Do yourself a favor and stick to the Polish options. I don’t eat beef and pork so I’m a bit limited with what I can order. I’d return if they had more chicken dishes under the Polish section of the menu.

Cute Polish restaurant in downtown Milford. Love the atmosphere and old fashioned decor. Tried the pierogi dinner which was delicious. The only thing I didn’t care for was their version of dill pickle soup. It was thicker like a stew and heavy handed on the seasoning. Otherwise loved everything else we ordered. Service was slow the night we came but I’d still come back. Food was well worth the wait.

If your mother turned your childhood home into a restaurant this would be it! Instamental music playing in the background so you can actually carry on a conversation. Friendly wait staff and cook! Prices are absolutely reasonable. This is the kind of place that is a piece of history in the tight knit community of Milford.

Great laid back atmosphere makes you feel like your at Grandma’s house. The home cooked food is amazing. Sometimes the owner comes out of the kitchen to ask you how your doing. Makes you feel like family. This is our favorite place for dinner.
