I go to Starbucks every single day and have tried so many locations, and this one is by far the fastest and most consistent. My order is always right, always made well, and always ready quickly.
If anything has ever been slightly off, they fix it immediately without hesitation. They never make you feel guilty or uncomfortable about it (which unfortunately some locations do). They’re professional, kind, and genuinely care about the customer experience.
I used to work from here almost every morning, and every time I walked in, I felt welcomed. The managers and staff are consistently warm and friendly. Sophia is always so sweet, and when I would bring my daughter, they made us feel completely at home.
Shout out to the store manager, you can honestly tell he cares about his staff, and it shows in the way the entire team operates.

They’re crispy grilled cheese on sourdough sandwiches along with the caramel frappuccino coffees are amazing! They taste great. Plus they were worth my money. I would happily eat here again. Also to the barista that put “Yum!” on my cup, you must have good taste and a very good sweet tooth when it comes to Starbucks! Keep it up my friend because kindness goes a very very long way for me!

I ordered a grande pink drink and this is what I get instead, there isn’t even ice in the drink.I was looking forward to my drink especially when I just got out of work, made it to the drive thru at 8:30pm which is not too late for them to be closing at 9 so there’s no excuse. I’m extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back here.

Her presence is beautiful—her smile and eyes made me feel so comfortable, and beyond that, when there was a small issue, she handled it immediately with no hesitation at all. Watching her problem-solve so smoothly was really impressive.
It was truly inspiring to see her coworkers admire her work and the way she leads and carries herself. The way she runs things is empowering, friendly, and welcoming. She’s the kind of person who inspires others to be their best while creating a loving and positive environment. She rules—so cool and so genuine!!!!❤️♥️

Received wonderful customer service from the young gentleman in the drive through on 2/15 around 6pm. I wish I had asked his name so I could give full credit in a review, tall young man darker brown skin and curly black/brown hair. If I am able to find out his name I will write another review. I came in about five minutes before closing, and Bastia Sofia went above and beyond to help me out. Even that late in the day, she greeted me with such a great attitude no rush, no judgment, just genuine kindness. I wasn’t sure what kind of tea I’d like, but she asked a few questions and somehow nailed it perfectly! The tea she made was amazing honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had at Starbucks. I wish I knew exactly what ingredients she used because I’d love to get it again. It wasn’t just the drink, it was her patience and thoughtfulness that really made my night. Thank you, Bastia Sofia, for turning a last minute stop into such a warm, positive experience. Starbucks needs more people like you!

Definitely the worst Starbucks experience you get here even I come here often but always wait time is way too long and they don’t tend to care about it and chatting. The hot coffee I got today, I waited for a while and came out very cold and worst taste.

This is my favorite local Starbucks, thanks entirely to the incredible service! There’s a barista with beautiful curly hair who always seems to be working all the time and she knows my exact order every time ( yes with a cup of water, thx ) even when the line is long. That level of personalized service and consistent warmth is what keeps me coming back. Truly top-tier staff!
