The women who run this location are phenomenal and this is easily the best subway in the United States.
Every sub is made picturesque and with care that is rare to find in this fast paced, corner cutting world. They take care to keep the glass lowered when not in use, keep the sub assembling area clean, and make sure the toppings aren’t spilling into other toppings. Every interaction is kind, respectful, and professional, treating customers like actual humans and not just a faceless order. I’ve been to Subways in 5 different countries and 20 US states… this level of pride is rare to see in US subway locations. There are 7 subways between my work and home, but I skip all the others just to come here in the evening.

Tell me one thing: Is it that difficult for you people to understand basic instructions? Can’t you differentiate between a Veggie Delite and a Veggie Patty? If you could, you would have given me the right sandwich that I had ordered. And to spend half an hour driving to and from your place only to find out the order being prepared incorrectly is an absolutely poor way of conducting your business.

I came in late (2:00 pm) and ordered a salad. There were no other customers. I asked to have my tomatoes and cucumbers cut in half and was told that wasn’t done anymore. I ordered a salad last week and the employee had no problem cutting my veggies in half. What happened to customer service???

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a subway! The service was fast and the food is always good. Tracy served me today and she was one of the sweetest people I have ever meet. She truly did not just serve you but talked to you and genuinely listen. There wasn’t awkward silence and she was very kind to ever person that I saw her serve. Tracy is amazing and will definitely be one of the reasons I make more frequent stops in there!

Can’t even open when they are suppose to, 8am, no lights on or employees. Terrible service when there is someone there. Seems they can’t keep anyone more than a week. Your typical gas station degen subway. One employee can’t run the morning? Looks like they can’t hire anyone that can work period. Tried to buy here multiple times, been greeted with a piece of paper saying they open at 9am. Fix your online hours and just go with 10am for your incompetent employee’s sake.

So I’ve had the Thai Ice before at a different spot. It’s cool to watch the 1st time but honestly it seems like a lot of trouble to go through for some ice cream. I guess I’m a little old school and want some full fat freshly made with real milk in a down home scoop bar setting with options of a cone and stuff with all the toppings bar etc. For me to conform to this is a huge compromise and I’d rather just find one I like. Not to mention. It’s +$8. . Nevertheless the place was clean and had a lonely table outside to sit and enjoy a bowl with my girl on a warm autumn evening.

While delivering for grub hub the drinks were different then what I showed so I simply asked if I was supposed to get the fountain drinks because I have never been to this location before and the person 1st of all stuck it in from I walked off sat down and was absolutely rude to begin with…. Then rudely told me how we don’t have those drinks and leave talk to them but he was just rude and I would be ashamed if that person worked for me
