The sales staff is not friendly at all. The heavy set guy with black glasses n the other tall guy with ponytail ( I think a trans) act like they can’t be bothered!!!!!!! Need to replace them. I will go to another malleys before I go back to N.R Malleys!!!!!

Went in for a birthday gift and the clerk was super nice! She helped me decide what I needed for my friend who likes chocolate covered pretzels! I didn’t have time to stay and browse but I will be back. Malley’s chocolate is fantastic!

This place has a great selection of confections. Everything I have had was very good. The chocolate is silky smooth. The prices are higher than I would have expected, but so does everything else in the world seem to be. You will not be disappointed with whatever you select.

This is mine and my family’s favorite chocolate hands down. Best chocolate in NE Ohio. Love this place, love the chocolate. Staff are friendly. Sometimes to save money we get the “sweet slips” those are discounted but absolutely delish.

Chocolate is good with plenty of variety. The lover holidays are always good for chocolate covered strawberries and grapes. They were skimping on the strawberries for awhile but the batch we got this Sweetest day were whole strawberries again. The prices are pretty steep but you’re getting better than Hershey’s.
