Bellagio Patisserie is a charming little café located in the MGM National Harbor casino. The ambience is lovely — bright, pretty, and a great spot if you want to enjoy the views of the MGM lobby while sipping a drink or having a snack.

The desserts and drinks, however, are just okay. Nothing particularly stands out, though the gelato is slightly better and worth trying. Overall, the patisserie feels a bit average compared to the beautiful setting.

It’s a nice spot for a quick coffee or dessert with a view, but don’t expect anything extraordinary from the menu itself.

Real nice place, grabbed a cuppa coffee and a pastry. Delicious. One thing I noticed about the Washington DC area is people were either super friendly and super nice or…. not so much. Unfortunately, at this location the people were not so friendly. But coffee was good and pastry was excellent!

Beautiful place, lots of pastry options. I had an iced coffee with a chocolate croissant and it was really good!

Really disappointed with my visit. They first handed me my order in a box with the top completely smashed. When I asked them to replace it, the lady gave me a look like I was being difficult. They brought out another one in a closed box, and I left.

There weren’t any clean tables there, so I sat on one of the benches near there. But when I opened the box, the pastry looked nothing like the display—missing the dried raspberry pieces, gold flakes, and with messy cream. And unsurprisingly, it didn’t even taste good.

Even though I tried to just let it go, I felt like I had to say something…otherwise I’d feel stupid for not speaking up. On my way out, I brought it up, and at first they denied it and kept saying they’re all the same…until I showed them a picture. Then they said the ones they actually serve are kept in the back and are not necessarily the same as the ones in display.. That feels really like a scam, misleading and it’s pretty shameful that they said it so openly.

Bellagio Patisserie is an absolute gem! I tried their Vietnamese coffee, and it was super yummy—rich, smooth, and perfectly sweetened. It hit the spot and gave me the perfect pick-me-up.

The shop itself has a charming and elegant vibe, and the selection of pastries looked amazing too. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

I went to this luxurious eatery, and it was well presented, with pastries and food well displayed and prepared. The waiters and food handlers were all friendly and willing to have a conversation. I got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and oatmeal raisin cookies. I ordered other cookies as well, and they were larger than normal, all delicious and pack a wonderful taste. I would go back just to eat alongside the shop as a proud MGM customer.

The cupcakes were stale and quite frankly disgusting. Visually they look lovely, but it feels like eating dirt with pebbles. The breakfast sandwiches were also incredibly mid. Tasted no different from something I’d get from McDonald’s and each sandwich was a whopping $12. Literally ridiculous.

I loved it, The Napoleon was great and the sorbets are always a wonderful option even though it is winter, I tried the caramel and blueberries, good service, great view of casino boulevard when you need a stopping and refill your energy with delicious desserts . You could go the boulevard with your kids and have fun and take pictures because they change the decorations all the time. Great experience, I highly recommend it.

Love this place! Their breakfast sandwiches are good (expect Starbucks level of cooking, lol) and the pastries are divine. Baked goods are easily big enough to share. And the Vietnamese coffee is my new favorite – perfect amount of creamy and sweet – I’m going to make my coffee at home like this from now on. Staff are all lovely.
