I told the cashier what I wanted then the steak sandwich comes back with cheese..I said I didn’t want cheese then the women on the line says “did you say no cheese” , I wouldn’t of told you to take it off…but I simply said “yes” then she ripped it off the top and throws it as the trash can(it ended on the floor). If I knew it would be that big of a deal I wouldn’t kept my money! When I first ordered the cashier sits my drink on the other side of the drink dispenser so I had to walk back to get it (but didn’t do it to the two older women in front of me) it’s just unnecessary pettiness! I don’t understand just give me what I paid for. The most shocking part was telling people to submit reviews with that service…

Great for a quick fix when I’m at the Mentor Mall. Food quality has been consistent however, customer service quality is hit or miss.

This was once my favorite fast food restaurant. The last two time at the Mentor Ohio location in Great Lakes mall, SUCKS! The workers spend more time talking to each other and on the phone to get your order correct.
I had to eat something for asked for fries EXTRA CRISPY to ensure they’d be completely cooked. The girl said ok never told the cooks. Half of my fries were not cooked through. I had to wait for the girl to hand them to me. All while being on the CELL PHONE. I’M VERY UPSET AND may not ever visit this location again

Tastes like old griddle grease. Nothing on sandwich worth tasting. Service, except for the girl taking the order, was unfriendly. Go to Jersey Mike’s. Way better.

I genuinely don’t know how people order from here, let alone are repeat customers. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was the most bland sub I’ve ever had. Their fries tasted like they were deep fried with plastic, no taste. I got a cheese sauce with my food and that also tasted like plastic. The more I ate my sub the more I was mad that we wasted $30 on a meal for two people. My husbands sub was the Bacon 3 Cheese and the only saving grace in his sub was the bacon. Literally any other restaurant in the mall would be 1000x better, and much more deserving of customers.

First time trying this place out, NEVER AGAIN! Staff not very friendly, over charged for what we ordered. Wanted 2 sandwiches one small & one regular with a small fry. Ended up paying $30 for and order that was messed up when order was taken and received attitude when trying to correct them. We will stick with Penn Station for now on since their customer service and steak sandwiches are better.
