I had a kids build your own steak tacos as one of my orders for dinner. The steak was SO OLD. It was hard, and dried out on all sides. It didn’t even resemble steak anymore. More like jerky. Every piece was inedible. This was not a mistake. Clearly the person serving cares very little for those they’re serving. A fair comparison would be a dog treat, except I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog.

Pick up order. The meal consisted of little meat and mostly lettuce. Old, wilted lettuce. Contacted Chipotle and their response was to offer a B1G1 coupon!!. They want to force me into another purchase, NOT take care of the issue. Such a pathetic, disappointing and unappetizing meal. Awful customer service

First poor Google review I’ve ever given, which says a lot. Picked up our burritos from the pickup lane (at 7pm) and the young woman in the window asked for our name, rolled her eyes, and shoved the bag at us before quickly closing the window. Our burritos were ice cold, and about half the size of a can of soda. I understand portions vary per employee, and I expect nothing more than an average portion. However, for $15 a burrito, this was unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service and food, and will not be returning.

Ordered delivery through the Chipotle App. When it arrived, I opened the bag to find the wrong order. Their automated system is frustrating and the “live agent” I spoke too would not offer re-delivery. Even though I ordered through the Chipotle App, they tried to push blame on the Door Dash driver that delivered it. The order I got was a ICE cold, and after just being so hungry and frustrated after they wouldn’t re-deliver, I opened the food I received (even though I despise sour cream) and it looked like it was sitting around for hours. Completely dried out and disgusting. Definitely at the point where you’d get sick from eating it. Terrible Experience. Seems common at this location. Last time I ordered from this store it was also the wrong food, and prepared poorly.

1st time ever eating Chipotle. Food was not hot. Steak & chicken were cold. Sour cream was like milk, all watery. Glad I asked for it on the side!
Portions was very small & skimpy! Barely any rice or meat & thats all I got! With a little & I mean little shredded cheese & lettuce.
Huge disappointment & will never go back again. Not worth $13.00!

First of all, every table in there is not clean and dirty. Food was not hot and had been sitting for a while. I ordered a bowl with rice chicken and cheese and got half a serving while the other person I was with got a way more full bowl with the same toppings. Complained to the employees that it wasn’t enough. They just stared at me as I complained and did absolutely nothing about it. So my options were argue with three employees and create a big problem or just sit quietly and pay for my incomplete bowl. So I quietly payed and did not create a problem. My experience would not be nearly as bad as bad if I got a what I paid for. Isn’t the first time this happened so I will definitely not be spending money at this location anymore just to get half servings and treated like garbage by employees. Just sucks I have 20 minutes to get decent chipotle. Never have issues with Toms River or manahawkin location.

Disappointed yet again with the take out service. This time missing chips and missing upcharged side item. The “salad” had about 5 pieces of wilted lettuce buried at the bottom. In person, they are ok but double check any order you are picking up. Best of luck to you on delivery orders.

*EDIT* After posting my review, Chipotle reached out and gave me a free entree and chips. They also stated they would contact the restaurant to ensure better food quality. I went back today and the rice was much better and fully cooked. I am glad that they at least read their reviews. It makes it feel like they care.
*ORIGINAL REVIEW* Chipotle as a whole is good. Staff are very friendly. However, this branch frequently serves undercooked rice unfortunately. I eat here a lot because I love Chipotle, but usually it is 50/50 whether the rice is cooked properly.

This Chipotle in particular is usually backed up, but the line moves quick due to the staff being diligent and efficient. I speak for everybody in the community when I say that, this is appreciated and beneficial for us all.
No matter how busy it is, the staff is always kind and asks particular questions with what we want with our meals. The food is always warm and delightful to eat
