Nope. had a reservation 245 was not seated until 306, then waited an additional eight minutes before our order was taking young lady work in the bar and the sitting area seems like they were under staff mind you this is Valentine’s Day, it wasn’t a good experience for me, but I appreciate the effort for my husband putting into booking it, the pictures was good. we had a good photo for the Valentine’s Day prop. Never again on another note my husband said his Smashburger was good

Food was excellent
Drinks were amazing, and the view is absolutely stunning.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food and drinks. The restaurant was empty, yet the server never came by to check if we were okay or if we needed anything.
On a positive note, Francisco, who was in charge of the lobby, was absolutely cordial and attentive. Making him the first face guests see upon arrival is a great decision and truly improves the experience.

What amazing night in this beautiful place. The 3 mayor descriptions Food , Service and Atmosphere is 10/10. Every taste was an authentic surprise. The view made more special the dinner and the unforgettable service by Julian David is the cherry on top of experience.

The restaurant is situated on the roof of The Tess, Autograph Collection hotel. Both indoor and outdoor seating is plentiful. You have a wide, beautiful view of Atlanta and the Buckhead area from the rooftop. Weather was amazing the evening we were on the roof, so it made for a great experience. There was also live music, which was a nice touch. We ordered the bread basket, salmon, spinach dip, and risotto. For dessert we ordered the Strawberry Lemon Opera cake, which was fantastic. All of the food was great, no complaints there. The service was absolutely abysmal. We found ourselves constantly having to ask for things rather than our needs being anticipated. When we got the check, we found out that we were being charged for each soda refill. We were not informed that refills were charged and that they did not have a fountain. Upon trying to rectify this with the server, the server simply reiterated that the reason we were charged multiple times is because we got refills. We were then told that it’s “normal practice” for hotels to charge for refills. When I explained that this was not my experience, the server went to get the manager. The manager was much more understanding and had no problems taking off the refill charges. Upon checking my reprocessed bill, I noticed that gratuity was already included at 20%. The signature receipt also just says “Tip” rather than “Additional Tip” as it says at most other places that charge a mandatory gratuity. This leads me to believe service is poor here because the servers know they will make a guaranteed 20% and likely up to 40% for people who don’t notice the included gratuity. Restaurant management would be well advised to make changes to some of these issues or they are likely to continue seeing their ratings impacted by other customers.

This is another beautiful gem in the heart of Buckhead. Went to the rooftop I met the most wonderful staff. Kia is the restaurant manager and she was super nice. Had such a wonderful time chopping it up with her. The view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is gorgeous . They have live music on Wednesday evenings I believe at 7:30 p.m. and a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30. Check it out! And tell Kia I sent you on the rooftop.

I had breakfast here every day while staying at the hotel and overall enjoyed the food. Service can be slow, and is a lot better early in the morning when there’s less people in the restaurant.
The lobster BLT had lots of lobster but I didn’t care for the thick cut of bacon. It was hard and quite tough to chew. The fries it came with were nicely seasoned.
The fried chicken was nicely fried and crispy on the outside, although it was a bit dry on the inside.
The french toast was good, soft on the inside with a crisp exterior, sweet but not overly sweet, with a nice berry flavor.
The parfait was similarly good, a hint of sweetness with lots of berries.
The orange juice appeared to be fresh squeezed as well.

The places if very nice and the view from the terrace even better. The food was very delicious, a bit pricey but good. The music was a bit loud inside which made it somewhat difficult to have conversations with others. However, it was a pleasant experience to visit the place.

This is our second stay at the Thompson. And we chose this property over other hyatt properties because of Tesserae!
The ambience is modern and well decorated. We had brunch two days in a row and enjoyed the window seating the first day, but the booth across from the bar was way more cozy and quiet and we really enjoyed it. The food did not disappoint as expected.
The butternut squash soup with burrata was still as tasty as ever and the green goddess salad also had the perfect freshness with its tangy and herby flavor bomb dressing.
We had the banana bread elvis toast which was decadent and with perfect sweetness, texture, and warmness.
They didnt have any plant based substitutes for my husband’s cheese burger, but the server graciously suggested and asked the kitchen for mushrooms to be added and it definitely upgraded the burger experience for this vegetarian .
Of course i loved the yogurt parfait. Compliments to the chef!!
What topped off our great foodie experience was the staff! Luis, our server who we had both days was so friendly, warm, and kind always with a smile even when we asked for a replacement for a dish which we thought had meat in it accidentally which ended up not being meat. He was patient and went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant.
We also enjoyed meeting Ledy in the elevator while he was bringing the veggies in from the grocery. He also was part of the serving staff and very kind and friendly.
Thanks guys!!
PS. Luis’s suggestion of drinks are excellent also. NA mule FTW

Excellent atmosphere and food. The full kitchen was closed due to a water outage, which the bartender David handled with grace; giving us fantastic service and ensuring we still had a great experience. From the available menu, we tried truffle fries, deviled eggs, and apple pie ; all were delicious. David’s vodka martini was outstanding, and he even made our son a virgin margarita that he loved. We’ll definitely be back.

Update: We went back to the restaurant and it was a good experience this time. I believe the name of our server was Jeremy. He was very friendly and had a good knowledge of the menu. For appetizers we had the Shrimp toast, it was amazing! The Sesame milk bread buns were also delicious. I had the mushroom risotto with Sea Trout, it was good. The manager, Kiara, came to talk to us and made sure we were happy with our experience. I’m so glad that this restaurant is on the right track now.
I really wanted to like this place since it’s beautifully decorated and has a great view. But unfortunately it was a mess. It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive and when it finally did it was undercooked, not good at all. Drinks also took a long time to arrive and it wasn’t that good. Our server was apologetic but said he didn’t know what was going on in the kitchen. When we were leaving the new manager got our contact information to reach out but he never did. Such a disappointment.
