Sweetgreen is one of my favorite places to go to for a salad and has been since it opened back in the day. I love their salads. Sweetgreen is my go to for something healthy to eat on the go.
I switch between making my own and the harvest salad, which is so hearty and delicious. The goat cheese, nuts and apples chopped up with the kale is the perfect blend. Is comes with a warm chicken and wild rice, which makes it the perfect salad.
The staff was friendly; I was in & out in a jiffy.
It’s convenient if you’re in the area and want to grab a well made salad with locally-sourced, organic ingredients.

Huge S/O to this place. Spanish/Mexican crew here so if you don’t speak English this location is a plus for you.
Very nice ladies and very compassionate crew and staff. Don’t hesitate to go to this one. This location is also nice and clean compared to other Sweetgreen locations.

The steak bowl was very low quality. My stomach hurts after eating half of it. Somehow paid over $60 for two bowls… just bad all around.

After hearing about Sweetgreen for a while, I finally decided to give it a try. I must say, the food is absolutely delicious and the portions are quite generous. Additionally, the service provided was excellent and the restaurant itself is clean and well-organized. My only minor complaint would be that the sauce used in their dishes is a tad too salty for my personal preference.

August 1, 2024 – My salad (chicken caesar) had pieces of clear plastic in it. I bit down and it hurt my teeth. I pulled it out and saw that it was hard, thick plastic, clear plastic– not the same kind that the utensils are made from. Clearly something else from Sweetgreen. I asked the manager, Esmeralda, for a refund and showed her the plastic piece. She did nothing to check the ingredient bins for the chicken caesar salad. This is a lawsuit if someone cuts themselves and needs dental care. The pieces of plastic were the size of about 3/4 inch square and 1/4 in thick. See pics for example.

I had my delicious salad and the people working there were lovely. But two stars because they ran out of roasted chicken (disappointing) and there was literally a spider crawling across the menu sign inside. I took video in case I get called on it. Again, it didn’t send me running away and the food was good. But if I was there with my wife it woulda been over — a total scene!

I was at this place a few minutes from where I work. The food is very good, but there is a very disrespectful person of color who ignored me when I asked for some dressings. A total lack of respect. I am paying for my lunch.

I only eat here because its close to my job and considered healthy . I do think there is some stigma to the African American customers. I say that because every-time I come in the workers are constantly staring at me and having private conversations in Spanish . Instead of making my salad and putting enough topping, it always seems like it’s less and less food . Im on the hunt for a new food place to go to on my breaks that are considered healthy . Honestly if you need food then go but if you look like me then it’s probably best to find somewhere else to eat at . I also used to work with the manager at the College park location and she can definitely be BIASED towards African American people . Which is weird considering the color of her skin is black , she is just Dominican. Go at your own risk but after today I will be looking for a new food spot to spend my money even if it means walking far from my job .
