last time i ordered a large iced coffee from this location, they gave me a medium in a large cup while still charging me for a large. they did the same thing today, charging me for a large when i receive a medium. i work in food service too, and i can assure you it is not that difficult to actually read receipts and ensure you’re giving the customers the right thing. do better!

The service was slow but mostly I brought a 2 year old little girl to play in the play are and I was filthy. The step to the slide was full of something sticky that she now had on her clothes and it had been there for a while because it was dirt stuck in the sticky mess. The steps to the other parts of the play yard are filthy. It’s hard to say when it was cleaned last but I would NOT take my child there. Very unsanitary!

Honestly the worst. They always get our orders wrong and we always have to go back for a missing items. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald’s in Kaukauna and I will be taking the extra few minutes to the one in little chute instead. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Just going through the drive through to get an order here is like pulling teeth. Screen doesn’t work, flickering and flashing in and out. Girl taking the order ran my order up to over 200$ just pushing buttons. Got the order fixed and it was still wrong. Don’t order a McCrispy unless you order it fresh. They remake them and then they sit there for hours and they’ll still serve it. Not even warm, chicken was hard and tasted like pickles even tho I ordered with only mayo and lettuce. That’s another way you know they pre make them and they sit forever. They’ll grab it and pull the pickles off. Then your chicken and bun tastes like pickles. With as much money and resources this place has, not to mention the absurd cost of the food now, they NEED to and CAN do better. This is ridiculous.

Went to this location on 11/27 to redeem McDonalds rewards from app.
App generated code was not accepted at this location-Susan the counter worker was extremely unhelpful and stated I would have to wait 15 minutes to try and validate another code….
Explained I didn’t have time to wait as I am on work lunch and Susan Replied “You’ll have to wait”.
Have experienced similar app issues at other McDonalds locations and their management was able to grant me the coupon savings.
Was also going to consider dining in, but after viewing the lobby and its highly questionable sanitary status-we just left.
This location also has a children’s play land-which should be even more concerning regarding this locations obvious willful neglect to clean. Upon walking into this location multiple employees had time to be leaning! Maybe they should be cleaning!
Has anyone’s children gotten sick from attending this location?

Forgot my waterbottle at home, stopped for lunch and asked for a large cup for water… dont like soda. Girl with gauges and lip piercing was gave me a small cup and I tried to ask for a larger one and she just walked away. Especially disappointed because nobody eles was there and there was two cars in yhe drivethrough…

Overall the food is good but what’s really shitty is the workers every time I come in I get attitude for asking them to do their job and the manager doesn’t even care their the same way and it honestly wouldn’t bother me but it’s there job to take orders and make them how you want it if they didn’t wanna do that then why get the job.

Ordered Lrg Mocha frappe add 3 Oreos. I recieved a Lrg Mocha frappe with Oreo sprinkled on top. Clearly not 3. When I took it into the store, the manager said it was mixed in. I showed him that it wasn’t. He responded it was. So, I left to avoid things from escalating. This location definitely needs to do better.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order through the mobile app while waiting in the drive-thru line, right before reaching the speaker. Despite this, I ended up waiting 24 minutes in the pickup line. Most frustratingly, I waited over 10 minutes at the second window without being acknowledged at all.
When I finally asked the employee at the window if they were even working on drive-thru orders, she finally acknowledged me and said she was checking with the kitchen. I asked if she was a manager, and she confirmed she was — and apologized. I explained how crazy it was to wait that long at the window without anyone even saying a word to me.
When I informed her I would be leaving a negative review, her response was “go ahead, I don’t care.” Extremely unprofessional behavior, especially coming from a manager. She clearly needs serious retraining in basic customer service, problem-solving, and how to properly treat guests. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning to this location.

Outstanding service!
This is a typical McDonald’s. They are all very cookie-cutter. This particular location looks like it has the recent remodel, very updated. They have a Play Place (which is hard to find nowadays). Also they have the self ordering kiosk, which is a plus.
