The girls at the counter were wonderful! I’m a fussy coffee drinker, but the latte I ordered was the best I’ve had – my husband ordered an avocado BLT & he remarked how good it was – so fresh & flavorful. I came back after an appointment upstairs and ordered a turkey wrap – seriously, I don’t know what kind of dressing was in it but it was absolutely delicious! Everything is so fresh at the Kraft Cafe and the service is prompt, efficient & always a smile. We will go back even when we don’t have appointments upstairs (the building houses various medical offices)…. If you’re ever in the area or have an appointment at 3555 Kraft in Naples, you’ll definitely want to check into the Cafe! Linda & Butch D.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I do feel my experience should be brought to management’s attention. As a barista myself, i’ve been trying all the different cafes around naples, I was excited to try the Kraft Plazas cafe as it’s 5 away from home, but I was very disappointed. The lady behind the counter had excellent customer service skills, she was very polite and made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed. I got a vanilla latte and my boyfriend got a matcha latte and everything bagel, the flavor of the espresso isn’t my personal cup of tea, but my biggest problem with it was it was pored directly onto ice, which caused it to develop a sour taste. My boyfriend’s matcha wasn’t good, he wasn’t even able to drink it. It appeared with a grayish hue and it wasn’t mixed causing clumps of matcha powder to accumulate at the bottom of the cup, meaning it could very well be out of date or stored incorrectly. The everything bagel was alright but cold, and we didn’t receive it with the butter we asked for. The cafe itself is very cute, and very clean, which is a wonderful thing to see.
