Service by Milan was very good. However the A/C was not working and it has not been working for quite some time. Even though it was cool enough outside, the inside of this place was hot and uncomfortable. This poor woman was sweating up a storm. That’s abusive of the owner of this subway to make this lady work there in those conditions. The owner needs to do the decent thing and get that A/C fixed.

Placed an order yesterday evening and called them right away to make sure they had the ingredients because last time I ordered a sandwich they gave me someone else’s order and the excuse was that they didn’t have the ingredients for what I ordered anyway I called them and they told me that they didn’t have everything and I said OK well can you refund me and cancel it and don’t make it they told me that they can’t and I said why not he said because he doesn’t know how to I said OK well, can you ask a manager too? He said no I’m not gonna bother the manager and then I called today and I spoke to a woman. She told me that who I spoke to yesterday was the manager and that they didn’t wanna help me. I’ve left multiple voicemails and I’m leaving this review because at this point I’m fed up with it every time I order from here it’s been an issue but now they won’t refund me my money for an order I never received and when I called them, they gave me an issue about it. Someone’s being really dishonest, and the fact that they won’t own up to. It is terrible customer service I definitely won’t be supporting the subway in any way shape or form anymore and I’ll gladly remove or change this review once management refunds me my money.

Quality has decreased dramatically at this subway since early 2023. The previous owners would make the subs themselves and the ingredients were always fresh. Whoever runs the store now uses bread from the previous day and reheats it to try to soften it, but that only makes it drier. They also freeze their produce to make it last longer. I went during my lunch break at 11am and you could still see the frost on the tomatoes and lettuce. Their cookies are often stale too. I recommend going to another subway, or to Jersey Mikes in the plaza just to the northeast if you want a fresh sub.

Went on a Monday during lunch 1130 am packed and the service couldn’t be faster though . I had the cold cut trio I think you call it and it was just delicious . My friend had the bread toasted and it was nice and warm . Friendly factor 10/10 amazing customer service and hands down will return with my lunch crew .

Walked in, didn’t even get greeted by staff or I’m assuming owner. My husband and I split an $18 small portion chicken bacon ranch “elite” foot long, a lemonade fountain drink that tasted like the lines weren’t cleaned for years (3 of the drinks were out of order), thankfully the chips were good because they were Miss Vicks. They didn’t even accept cash at this location. Just all around would not recommend this Subway. I don’t even know if I’ll go back to one.

Walked in with a national Subway coupon sheet which is valid everywhere except for Alaska and Hawaii. However restaurant refused to take coupons said they are for Fort Myers only.
