OMG…My husband and I was so upset with how we received our order. We got 2 blizzard where they didn’t ask if we wanted a lid and the blizzard was melted. Let me not to forget to mention we both order sweet tea. I’m not sure who is putting the drinks together but both sweet teas had tea grounder at the bottom of the cup and it wasn’t a little…my cup was fill with it…not my husband as much but mines was not drinkable. We made it clear that we will never eat there again. NEVER…They don’t care about how they put your food together. That’s why you have to be careful and check your order before pulling off. We arrive there 2 hours before closing and they had a line but no excuse. We didn’t check to make sure everything was going to our liking. I will normally will check but i didn’t. I will for now on EVERY TIME.

Waited an hour inside for our order, took them 20 minutes to take my order. Then after waiting 30 minutes they told us they didn’t have bananas (ordered a banana split). We asked why did it take so long to tell us that. They said they forgot! I love Dairy Queen but this was bad. Everyone else in the store was not happy about their order either. I will never eat here again.

Me and my daughter went there today for blizzards, the lady at the window did the flip test which resulted in my ice cream overflowing out of the cup. She didn’t do the test on my daughter’s bc she knew that they weren’t made correctly. So I drove around to go inside to have them remade, the lady at the window made eye contact with us and ran to the back. She sent one of the workers to come talk to us which she was very sweet and remade our order. As the girl was giving us the remade blizzards she asked if we wanted lids, which was weird but I said sure, got to the car just to see that they were literally the same way, a milkshake, definitely not a blizzard 🙁 very disappointed

Excellent service! The DQ team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. The staff is professional and friendly. It’s very comforting to know that place was very clean! The ice cream was good as always! The restroom very clean!

Ordered banana splits… After we paid we were told they didn’t have any bananas! Make sure you ask first. They agreed to put extra strawberry and hot fudge, but it wasn’t enough to be worth the expensive cost.

Been 3 times, trying to go e them a chance, each time we were so disappointed! Burgers slapped together and swimming on mustard and ketchup, way to messy to eat, asked for lettuce was given the hard heart fries were cold. They gave our sundaes to someone else and when asked for them was given attitude and acted put out, I know they gave them away because a man commented on why did it have peanut butter and choc. That is what I ordered. Will not be back, new management and or staff re- Training needed and restaurant so cold you can barley eat there and it is nasty inside!!! Would give -10 if I could

Absolute chaos at Dairy Queen. As I walk in the store Drive-through employee was yelling and beating on the machine. After ordering my ice cream sat melting while I watched I asked for it no one would hand it to me. The ice machine was empty, so an employee poured ice from a bucket into our cups. An employee even asked my if her burger was in the microwave. My wife had to go behind the counter to get our food. Felt like a bad SNL skit. Avoid.

Service was fast even though the restaurant had a crowd from a daycare field trip and a lot of people eating lunch after Vacation Bible Schools at local churches.
We had a couple of $7 lunch meals and a couple of chicken finger baskets. Everyone’s food was freshly prepared and hot, and of course the ice cream was good.
