I will NOT ever come back here again! The service is mediocre and the wait is ridiculous only good thing I had was the fries. Where is the customer service at? Why isn’t anyone wearing gloves? Why do they think leaning and scrolling on their phone is more important? Customer service is not important to this place staff needs to be retrained!

We were in the mall and saw this place in the food court, and I was so excited! I love the corn dogs that are special. I ordered the fried potato corn dog with half mozzarella and half beef hot dog. The price was very reasonable and I split the corn dog with my partner, and it was great. The fried potatoes on the outside of the corn dog were nice and cruncy. The mozzarella cheese was nice and gooey, and the beef hot dog was good, too! The packaging for the corn dog was super cute and practical. The people working were super efficient and nice. We had an awesome experience and definitely would come back to try more!

We went to mr. cow to get some drinks. we were waiting right by the area waiting for our number to be called and it was never called. They called 5 other people who ordered after us and all we got was drinks. so my fiance and i went back up to ask for a refund cause at this point it’s been 30 mins and we just wanted to continue our day. The lady who helped us i think her name was natalia but on the receipt it said donnie im not sure refused to give us the refund and get nasty with us saying we called it out when that obviously never happened she got an attitude because i didn’t even want the drinks anymore i just wanted a refund. eventually she gave us my money back but ultimately very disappointed with our experience. we always went there for boba and now we won’t be going back. the worst part our drinks were sitting on the counter and she didn’t even try to give them to us. she just got an attitude cause i asked her for a refund.

Thought this was a super neat restaurant to grab a bite to eat. With this being a newer restaurant the line was fairly long to order. Once we ordered it did not take too long to get our food. We tried the fried potato and flaming potato both with half cheese half sausage. They were both delicious. Prices were appropriate for the food choices.

I visited Mr. Cow on Monday with my sister during a shopping trip, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. While paying, I reminded the staff that my card’s chip is slightly cracked and asked to handle the payment myself. Despite this, the cashier (the girl with the pink bow) repeatedly took the card from my sister’s hand, ignoring my request, which felt careless and frustrating.
Afterward, my sister received her drink, only to find it leaking. Instead of offering a replacement, the staff simply handed her a cup to place over the leaking one. This was completely unacceptable—why not provide a new drink?
My sister has always been excited to come here for the drinks and corn dogs, but the rude and inattentive service we received this time has left us very disappointed. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure customers are treated with respect and care.

This place is amazing! We drive 40 minutes just to get the boba refresher drinks! The service is great! All of the girls there are very smiley and always have an amazing attitude! We hands down love this place and will never stop driving the whole way for the drinks! ❤️ The dogs are sooo good too ! I love the all cheese, fried potato corn dog! Most definitely give this place a try if you’re ever in Greenville at the mall!

If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would. I’m pregnant and have been wanting to try this place forever and finally got the chance. I’ve been craving the hot Cheeto one, which in the picture it looked like number 3. They already weren’t very nice. The one girl came from the back when I was done ordering and they kissed in front of me and the other people standing around. When I got my food I asked if it was right because it looked NOTHING like the picture and they both proceeded to argue with me. I should’ve taken a picture of the corn dog but I got a refund because my cravings didn’t want they gave me because that wasn’t what I ordered. In the picture you can see # 3 is covered in hot Cheetos. Mine was drizzled in hot sauce…. You can also see in the picture her trying to argue with me. This isn’t the first time my family has had a bad experience. Extremely disappointed.
