The food was amazing! My friends and I came in for dinner around New Year’s Eve and we did not expect the portions of each dish to be so big! We got the fried rice, Panang curry, and green string beans. The best curry I’ve had in a while.
On top of that, they were so sweet to give us free drinks, appetizers, and dessert. We were too full from dinner so we had to decline the extra appetizers and dessert for takeout since we were flying out the next day.
The interior design might be deceiving but the food doesn’t lie. There was a bit of a wait for the food since it was around New Year’s but please check out this Thai place!
If you call yourself a Thai restaurant, I instantly turn into Pete Wells with a notepad and high expectations.
That said… this place is the best Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand itself. Honestly, it even beats a couple of spots in Thailand.
Atmosphere:
From the moment you walk up, it feels like you’re stepping into a friend’s home — the kind of friend who’s about to cook you the best meal you’ve had since childhood. The staff welcomes you with bright, genuine smiles, and the tables are spotless and inviting.
A small but meaningful detail: as I was being seated, I overheard one of the waitresses recognize a returning guest and remember their previous order. That’s the kind of personal touch you’d expect at a fine dining restaurant. The background music was contemporary and perfectly balanced — present but never intrusive.
The Food:
Thai Tea – 10/10
Made by the owners themselves, ensuring top-tier quality. The color is that iconic deep orange, and the flavor is perfectly balanced — rich, creamy, and just the right sweetness. I even tested consistency by ordering a refill halfway through my first glass — they passed with flying colors.
Baked Mussels – 10/10
Baked to absolute perfection. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and had just the right hint of spice to complement the mussels’ delicate flavor. You’ll be both thrilled and a little sad — thrilled to taste them, sad that you can only experience that first bite once.
Tom Yum with Chicken – 10/10
An ideal harmony of hot and sour. Many places lean too heavily one way or the other, but this Tom Yum nails the balance. Every spoonful delivers depth, freshness, and just the right amount of heat. Even as I waited for my to-go container, I kept finding myself sneaking “one last sip.”
Spicy Pad See Ew – 15/10
Yes, fifteen. The noodles are caramelized to perfection — that ideal balance of savory and smoky. The chicken is tender and juicy (not dry or bland like so many other spots), and the vegetables are cooked beautifully — soft but still vibrant, never soggy. They don’t overload the dish with greens; instead, every ingredient feels intentional and perfectly portioned.
Final Thoughts:
This restaurant doesn’t just serve great Thai food — it honors Thai cuisine. The care, consistency, and quality in every bite show how much pride the owners take in what they do. If you love Thai food, or even if you think you do, this is a must-visit spot.
