My bread was so old and hard it crumbled. It was beyond pathetic. I can not believe anyone would feel of it and still make a so called sub on it. It almost was not chewable not to mention how dry. There is just no excuse. I am posting a picture of it on social media.

Ordered a pick up, showed up, and my fiod wasn’t there. They said they didn’t have the order in there system and I even got the screenshots where the money had come out of my account. It’s bad enough that we apparently live in such a bad neighborhood that we can’t have the food ready to just pick up and go, but then to get scammed on top of it. No ma’am. They were rude and completely unwilling to help me, and treated me like crap in front of a bunch of other customers. I don’t like dealing with people and confrontation and I’ve had problems at this subway before, which is why I chose to do a pick up order in the first place. After they treated me like that I just walked out. I never got my money back or my food.

Yuck. Disgusting. Quick! Someone call the health department! This picture of rotting “egg” is just the tip of the grossness iceberg. Several containers of produce had ice crystals forming around the inside, with the produce itself being partially frozen. The Sandwich Artist making my sandwich had to dig through stuff just to get to the non frozen items. My anxiety got the best of me and I just paid and ran out, but I’ll never be returning and neither should you. I can’t unsee this grossness and I’m not going to be eating my sandwich. I’ll just call the $7 and change a loss as I’d rather spare myself the stomach pains, diarrhea and vomiting that I’d likely get from eating anything that came from here.

Usually this Subway is one of the best in the area…not today. I ordered a tuna on flatbread, toasted. The bread was not toasted making it very hard to eat, the tuna and vegetables were just slapped on there in a hot mess and the bread wasn’t even cut in half. Also, ordered fountain drinks that weren’t available due to Covid (understandable) but they didn’t have any bottled sodas on hand as an alternative. Ordered on the app for in store pickup so not sure who made the sandwiches.

Using a spoon to measure cheese. Guy acted like the food was his. You won’t get what you are paying for. Don’t want to keep saying that’s not enough.then you get charged double. This location needs help

Sent my daughter to get a sub for me and the bread was hard as a brick. Top and bottom bread. Bread this hard should be thrown out. Will not be going back!

Didn’t have the best experience here. Very unsanitary. They pulled the bread out, set it on the counter without the paper underneath…then some meat fell off my sandwich and they picked it up and threw it back on my sandwich. They were using the same gloves to push up glasses, touch face, etc. as they were to make our sandwich. On top of that they were out of stock in everything and had no idea what they were doing! I heard a customer have to tell the employee what was on a specific sandwich she ordered cause the employee didn’t know. Friendly employees, they just didn’t know what they were doing and I wouldn’t come back to this location.

Hospitality was great but the way my order was slopped together was not so great. I had to open my sandwich and evenly distribute everything on my sandwich and so of the ingredients like spinach was 3 or four leaves on the foot long. I didn’t say anything because I was just wanting to leave

I have ordered from this location twice in the past few months. the first time my food was cold and no one would answer the phone as i called for thirty minutes straight. this last time, after an error with my online order (they didn’t receive it) and having to handle all that, i get back to work to eat my lunch and there was a long hair in my food. completely wrapped throughout the chicken and vegetables. on top of it, while standing there ordering my food, one of the employees got snippy with who i think to be the new employee. she literally ripped the pan out of her hand and told her she needs to learn to pick up the pace. truly i will not eat here again.
