No complaints about the actual product BUT they are one of those places that insists on asking drive through customers for tips. It’s ridiculous- why are we tipping fast food restaurants? $14 for two iced creams isn’t enough?! Then I have to worry if I don’t tip they are going to do something to my food because they are watching me the entire time. Stop doing this, it’s uncomfortable, annoying and inappropriate. They aren’t serving me! They are putting ice cream in a cone/cup and I’m paying dearly for it already!

First time visiting. Honestly, there is a competitor 21 mi north of here that has better quality and price point. I found the custard waffle cone to be slightly better than a D.Q. cone. My Wife had a Sunday and was impressed by the quantity of the small but was not impressed by the toppings.

1st time, the manager was super helpful, gave us samples then was patient while we decided. While we were there they had out a pup cup, it was so cute. Place is clean, still a work in progress, a few still training. The small cones are HUGE! Surprise on the cost of all items, all very reasonable.

So excited to see a Rita’s close by. I haven’t had their frozen custard in several years & just had to stop by for one. Specialty flavor was cheesecake & wow is it delicious. I added some chocolate custard too. It reminded me of the one we used to have in North Lima & how our dogs loved to have a few bites of custard when we took them along for the ride with us. Our little Paczki (Schnoodle) one time couldn’t resist & just dug his face right into my sundae as if the entire bowl was just for him. We laughed & laughed it was so funny. That Rita’s custard must of smelled heavenly to him & he wasn’t waiting for an invitation to eat. lol–I agree, Rita’s frozen custard is a delicious treat anytime of the year.

I order from here way too often. I really love the five layer gelati, it’s the perfect balance of custard and Italian ice. They rotate their flavors pretty much daily, so I’ll buy a couple extra to put in my freezer when they have an unusual favorite ice flavor of mine. I like root beer the best, it’s like the best root beer float you’ve ever had!
All the people working there are all very nice and it is a professionally run establishment. The parking lot is tight, so if you have a large vehicle, you might want to park at the bank if it’s after banking hours. There is also an access road to get you to either SR14 or SR43.
I highly recommend checking them out!

I have been a frequent visitor of this location since they opened. This is my daughter‘s favorite place to get dessert. I love the variety of flavor choices for the ice. My kids and I will sometimes visit here multiple times in a weekend. The gelati’s are great as well. The prices are perfect. When I go to large family gathers I have started to bring quarts of the Italian Ive with me. My friends always enjoy it when I do that.

Nice little Italian ice and custard shop. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had a few more custard flavors, but I guess that’s what the other ice cream places are for. The inside seemed nice and clean. The bathrooms were nice as well. I also appreciate any place that has an app where you can see the menu, place your order and earn rewards.

It was just okay. I give an automatic 1 star if I am asked to tip at a walk-up or in a drive-thru. Perhaps you should just raise your menu prices.

This is a nice place. The staff is very friendly. There are a lot of selections and blends that are not normally seen at a custard place. I thought the custard was very high quality but did not completely have the taste of say Witts in Ohio or Ted Drewes in St Louis. There were several varieties of the custard available including cheesecake so I don’t know if I would have had a different opinion having tried some of the flavored custards But I would definitely go back and try some of the other varieties. I got a strawberry shortcake concrete. I think the shortcake was blended in with the vanilla ice cream and the strawberry topping was on top.
