I visited Ichiddo Ramen & Izakaya recently and had a really good experience. The ramen was flavorful, the noodles were cooked just right, and the pork was tender and tasty.
They also serve sushi here, and it was fresh and nicely made. The rolls were clean, well put together, and definitely worth ordering.
The service was friendly and the food came out fast. The place has a relaxed and clean atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable meal.
Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a place that has both ramen and sushi. I’d definitely come back.

I went in, and though I seated myself at the bar, they attended to me with great service. I got the niku sobaramen, it has great flavors, broth was rich, and the noodles were near slurpable. It’s one of few places in town where they have ramen AND late night drinks. The drinks are strong as you get your money’s worth. The takoyaki though lacking in bonito flakes I’m used to (dancing flakes), still great temperature and was savory. I can’t reiterate how great the customer service is. If they mess up on a drink, you won’t leave unsatisfied.

We had Hibachi Shrimp and Karage Chicken. Incredible service 10 if I could on that. The food was delicious … check this place out, they are NEW in town and so worth it. Enjoy the ambiance!!! The owner is super nice and checked on all the patrons.

I came into Ichiddo Ramen late in the evening, right before closing, and was warmly reassured I was welcome to stay. The space has a clean, modern design with warm lighting that feels both casual and refined, making it a comfortable spot to settle in for a late-night meal.
I ordered the Char Siu Ramen with extra pork belly, and it was phenomenal. The broth was rich and balanced, the noodles perfectly springy, and the pork belly melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right sear. While the portion leaned slightly smaller than I expected, the depth of flavor more than made up for it. The chef even came out personally to ask how I enjoyed my bowl, which made the experience feel all the more thoughtful.
To finish, I tried the fried ice cream—a crisp, golden shell around smooth ice cream topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. It was a fun, satisfying way to end the meal. Between the quality of the ramen, the warm hospitality, and even the chef’s check-in, Ichiddo Ramen exceeded expectations and is an easy recommendation in Nashville. Will certainly be returning.

I loved it so much, the food was so authentic and the atmosphere was so relaxing and refreshing. 10/10 I would go again and eat to my heart’s desire, the service was so incredible and the boba was amazing. It’s so nice and I would definitely recommend.

This is my second visit!!! Ichiddo have good ramen but not only that they have good rice and roll options!! I got Char siu ramen and beef fried rice which was really really good I highly recommend. Also, the service was nice and makes me smile, the servers care the customers. Not only the meal they have some desert options which was also good. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!
