Stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick bite and had a mixed experience. The menu is the usual McDonald’s selection, which is fine if you’re looking for something fast and familiar. The drive-thru is convenient, especially when you’re just passing through the area.
Service was a bit slow and not very attentive, likely because the location gets quite busy. Food quality was okay but nothing special — the burgers and fries were acceptable, though not always hot or freshly prepared. The dining area could also use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness.
Overall: Good for a quick stop if you need something fast, but don’t expect anything outstanding. There are probably better local options nearby if you’re looking for higher quality.

They make cheap, greasy much needed fast food if its something your craving. Location being along a busy boulevard / highway is slightly challenging for some. Nonetheless, they save me in the morning to grab some bites when Im starting my workday to head out to my first call. The staff even took it on themselves to try to technically debug an ordering machine. Give someone technical training to fix those machines and a raise franchise owner. I have no idea if they were successful but I dont see other locations putting in that much ownership in a place that barely pays enough to get by.
The employees at this mcdonalds keep our blue collar laborers fed in the morning and they should be given a community metal for their morale boosting thankless work.

This place has gone downhill fast over the past year. It used to be my favorite stop, but now it’s a problem almost every visit. When I use my rewards points, they take the points and charge me anyway, then claim the points weren’t used. Once you’re past the register or drive-thru window, they say it’s “too late” to fix it.
On my last visit, a reward that should’ve gotten me a free iced coffee ended up costing me $7 and my points. I’m disputing the charge because I was effectively charged triple.
Zero stars. I don’t recommend this location at all. You’re much better off driving a few extra miles to the Falmouth location on Main Street, where this nonsense doesn’t happen.

We ordered plain cheeseburgers and one of them was saturated in salt and pepper, didn’t eat the other. If the cook does this to their customers what else do the contaminate their food with. Food service is no joke! Inside of the restaurant there was no one to take our order. Arby’s hands down is better in every aspect of the food industry. Neve eating at Mc”Dont”alds again. Sheesh

Will serve you day old fries with 0 salt on them that have been baking in the heat lamp. I know mcdonalds is usually hit and miss everywhere but I would not give those fries to my dog he would be upset.

This McDonald’s is terrible. I waited 30+ minutes for my food and when i politely asked where it was I was met with sarcasm from one of the workers. He then proceeded to just give me a refund that I didn’t ask for and when I told him I didn’t want a refund and wanted my food he just said “no food.” They were sitting in the kitchen talking instead of making my food. Truly lazy terrible service and I’ll never be going there again. After this I tried to order again in the drive thru and he told me he was calling to cops. Don’t know what I did to this guy but I won’t be returning.

Every since the new ownership this place has gone waaaaaaaay down for customer service. I’ve been coming here for my favs treats fries and shake since 2017.
Today was the final straw, first of all your prices as soooo high compare to Sagamore and Wareham it sad. And not filling the frie container all way, using these new camouflage French fries containers????
I will Never Ever return here Ever again. And I want everyone to know how this new ownership over charges and gets away with it. It just goes to show, no pried in ownership and businesses anymore. It’s all about greed.

Lousey! No service, you need your phone and app to order. I needed to go into the kitchen to find person. Lazy teenagers plus the food was horrible! The cheese burger had so much salt and pepper dumped on it, basically inedible. Never going back!

Doors open at 6 am…got breakfast at 530..(food not very good and orange juice was orange flavored water)… waited till 6 to use bathroom….wife went in first and came out disgusted at conditions, then I went in to men’s room and it was the same…paper towels all over the sink, nasty toilet with very little toilet paper remaining ( good thing I checked first)

Pamela was very attentive. She saw my aunt struggling with the screen to place an order and she came over to help without being asked. This location has free strong wifi, great comfortable seating. Lounge type chairs and tables. Reminds me of IKEA furniture. Apparently this location is owned by the McBee family and they have programs that help their employees get high school degrees, college and even programs to help them learn English. I’m always happy to support businesses that give back to the community. Also you place your order on the machine and they bring it to your table.
