This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. I live about two minutes walking distance but I will catch an Uber to go to another location ANY DAY. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unclean. Whenever my sandwich is being made they are leaning over the counter with their shirts touching the bread. I wish I could leave 0 starts. I am here at 8:30pm trying to order and they employees are sitting here. Avoid this location at all cost. It is NOT worth it.

The Indian lady that works there for one, didn’t wash her hands before putting on gloves and two, being very greedy with the toppings for example I had got a foot long and she only was putting 4 pieces of cucumber , 4 pieces of banana pepper etc which I didn’t mind paying extra for. I’ve never seen someone at subway be so greedy or for me to repeat myself for a little bit more toppings.

The owner we questioned me about too much Spanish in a protein bowl. I had to explain that I wasn’t getting lettuce so I wanted alittle more Spanish instead. I had to let him know that I am the customer and will leave and go somewhere else instead. I left very disappointed in this store. Will not recommend this location. Will be awhile before I go back.

I went in with my coupon that was mailed to me to get a couple of footlongs and the person behind the counter said I had to use the app.
So after downloading the app and signing in and creating an account I finally get to the point where I can order and I see that the app adds a 12% service fee.
Seriously? I can’t order at the counter because no one in the right mind is going to accept a 12%
service fee so they push me to the app and they think people will ignore it
When you fools are out of business you can look at the 12% service fee is maybe the reason that no one is coming to your place

Service terrible, lady was counting out each piece of thin sliced turkey it was ridiculous. Then she messed up the order and instead of her making a new sandwich she scraps it all off with her glove then gets new gloves. She only gave us 5 pepperoni for a footlong. Then she doesn’t know how to scan in the coupon. It was a terrible experience all around. Not to mention a guy mopping around our table while we were eating like no common sense here. Definitely will not be back.

Avoid this location! They skimp on everything and charge more than listed prices!!
First time I went, they were skimping on toppings. I asked for more, staff started to speak between each other in Spanish. Complained to manager. She emailed me that it’s taken care. Next 2 times I went they charged me foot long prices for 6 inch sandwiches! And still skimping on toppings! If you don’t watch they keep charging you higher prices! Cheats! Unprofessional!

I came here to eat after my church service one day. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Just going there after church made my day more holy. It was just perfect. They knew how to make my sub the way just the way I wanted it. Every single bite I took was just like heaven in my mouth, and don’t even let me get me started about these 2 boys in the back. They were very nice to me, it was just the best service I could ask for. Please try this place out if you haven’t. It’s the best subway ever. Just like heaven on earth.

If I could give this nasty location zero stars, I would. I watched the owner handle the bread and cookies with no gloves(touching everything thing else in the process). He then proceeded to wipe his nose and went back to touching everything. Not even bothering to wash his hands. When I canceled my order midway (because of that), he followed me out of the store. Yes, I’m calling the health department/code enforcement. EAT THERE WITH CAUTION

The exhibits were wonderful customer service when purchasing the pictures was rude and not cooperative. Why not give the customer the option to purchase the pictures they want without stupid restrictions. We left without purchasing anything. It just wasnt the picture we might have been our last time together. Two of my BEST friends have cancer. One breast cancer and the other kidney cancer. We took this trip to celebrate life and you guys ruined it. Thanks for a horrible experience.
