My wife and I had a great dinner at Three Embers. The food was excellent – we had the branzino and the chicken Madeira. The salad was also very delicious. Anna was our server and she was amazing!!! She was slipper friendly and attentive and just a total delight. We will definitely be back soon, and we will ask for Anna again (even though other servers looked like they were also doing a great job).

My wife and I are twenty-one-year subscribers to the Mariott Theatre. Sadly, we never ate at the Three Embers until Saturday night after the show. 2-28-2026. The staff were all attentive and very friendly and helpful. Our server was Anna who was so helpful and attentive to our table. We accidentally did not leave enough money, and she came to our table and handled it so well. Anna is a keeper; we loved her service! We paid the correct amount with a generous tip.
The food was outstanding and they know how to make a great whiskey sour! Compliments to the bartender.
Please never take the mushroom tostada off your menu as well as the beet salad. The pistachio ravioli was to die for, and it was exceptional.
People never give the bus guys credit, I dropped my knife and my napkin at different times during my meal, those guys were right there to get me new ones without ever noticing their move. I noticed and thought to myself that this is a very well-trained staff. Congratulations on a great meal and a wonderful crew at the Three Embers.
The host was a kind man as well!

Perfect venue for pre-show dinner at Marriot Lincolnshire theater. Terrific service, and we took advantage one of the three course set price meals offered…we both had strip steak. Not cheap, but definitely a high-quality experience…can walk over to the theater afterward.

Food was ok, came for Valentine’s Day. Didn’t seem too busy, but it took them quite a while to collect our dirty dishes after we ate. Server seemed new and unfamiliar with the menu.

It was my first time eating at Three Embers and it was a great experience overall. There was some confusion initially with our reservation but we were still seated rather quickly. The decor was themed to the show and was beautiful! The staff was attentive and very friendly. Everyone came by and made their rounds to check on the table including the managers and chef.
The drinks and appetizers were amazing: falafel, bread and butter, wine, and Dragon fruit cocktail
Entree: the Sea bass could have had less of the garlic butter sauce and more of the sweet pea puree but I guess that’s preference… also, the salad component on the side was unnecessary and the dish would’ve been great without it.
The trio was mediocre: the steak was great, the sous vide Chicken should have been grilled, the shrimp was covered in unnecessary Parmesan crumble which ended up all over the whole plate (both the steak and shrimp both had a lot of it), there were brussel sprouts on the plate not listed in the menu which I would have substituted because I cannot eat them, also the corn should have been a half or full cob for the price ($71) rather than a third of a cob.
Desserts: had the Elvis Chocolate Mouse, suggestions would be more bacon flavor on the peanut topping- couldn’t taste bacon at all, seemed like the peanuts were rancid, needed more whipped cream and bananas, but the chocolate mousse was delicious and so rich.
Overall the parking was easy, seating was fast, decor amazing, food was delicious, service was fast and smooth, and staff was welcoming.

Good food, good service, reasonably priced. Food is taken a step further than just being prepared, clearly thought has gone into composing this dishes which just well appreciated. Service was fast, very well executed, and they were knowledgeable about the menu / food prep. Would absolutely recommend dinning here if staying at the Marriott or in the surrounding area.

Celebrated our anniversary here and could not be happier with the food, drinks, and service! Anna was our waitress and she was over the top and always attentive to our needs. We felt so special celebrating our first anniversary and wouldn’t have done it anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Excellent service, and delicious food! We went to dinner before the theater show and all 9 of us enjoyed our meals. The kids even ate everything! My steak was cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were tender. We had a table near the grill, so it was interesting to watch the chefs grilling. There was also a roaming magician who was really good! We will definitely go again!

I once stayed at Marriott Lincolnshire on a business trip and discovered what a fine restaurant they have. So now I go back there for a meal even when I’m not staying at the hotel. Excellent food, service, and a nice view of the grounds — so a good place to eat whether you’re dining with company or by yourself. My server Anna deserves a special mention. Her recommendations on the main course and dessert turned out perfect for me, and she provided the right balance of attentiveness and discretion so I always felt well taken care of without excessive attention. Highly recommend!
