One of the best sushi spots I’ve ever tried, and it’s a food truck! You can tell it’s a real family business (mom, dad, and daughter) because they all work together so naturally. Watching them inside the truck, it honestly looks like they’re bonding while making sushi, and that good energy comes through in the food. The rolls are super creative, the rice is seasoned perfectly, and every piece has just the right amount. My favorite is the mom’s favorite, the First Love Roll, it’s amazing! You can really taste the care and passion they put into everything.

I keep going for the Crunchyroll and the California roll but I’m slowly trying to try everything as it is all delicious! I love the family. They are so hospitable and so focused on customer service. I’ve eaten in many sushi places and this one is the best! When it’s not cold I love sitting Under The Canopy outside of their food truck location in downtown Apache Junction and visiting with this very kind family

The shrimp tempura was amazing—so fresh and absolutely worth the drive! The owners’ daughters are adorable and made the experience even sweeter. Customer service was excellent: very patient, polite, and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

I was so excited to try to this place but never knew when they were around. Finally seeing it on Google with their hours was initially a blessing until I showed up when it said they were open to find them not actually there, major bummer!
