It’s great that they open at 6:00am for us early birds that have to be at work at the crack of dawn. It was nice and quiet at that time and no wait.

I got the Bacon Double Take. It was a breakfast sandwich on a black pepper focaccia that had a scrambled egg, provolone and american cheese, and obviously bacon! It was delicious. It’s not a huge sandwich so I’d recommend getting a side or something else to pair with it.

Staff was friendly, and the interior was one of the cleanest Paneras I’ve been in. They even had their fireplace going. I’ll be back for sure.

Whenever I order from this specific Panera it always feels like their employees just don’t care. The items are always super small portions and then I ordered a banana and it was all rotten. I’m not sure how this was allowed. This is the second time this has happened.

Hello, I recently came across and saw a review mentioning a lack of noodles in our chicken noodle soup by Neil Militar. Since I cannot reply to any reviews I would like to clarify that our soups are portioned according to standard recipes to ensure fairness for all customers. While the guest noted that there were only three to four noodles, we want to assure everyone that when we prepared the soup, it contained the proper portion of ingredients. My manager also informed him that we cannot provide extra noodles every day that he comes in and asks for only noodles every time as it would affect the consistency and fairness of our servings. Thank you, just would like to clarify that since I work there and was there during this time and my manager had handled the situation moving forward.

Temperature in the restroom is 64°F, which is below the acceptable minimum standard for public establishments.
The restroom is very cold, creating uncomfortable conditions for visitors and staff.
In addition, it appears that the ventilation system has not been cleaned or properly maintained for a long time, which negatively affects the indoor environment and sanitary conditions.

I come here every other week and the food is always so delicious! I will say though that the girl working the register today (had thick false eyelashes) was very sassy towards me (an older woman). I could not hear what she was saying at all which is fine, so I asked her to please repeat herself and she snapped back with attitude. I would love coming here more if the people working the registers had more respect, especially towards older folks.

Sandwich was good, as was the Service but I got a half Sandwich and was the size of a half of a half and was expensive. Another customer came back to front after picking up his sit down order to ask if that was all the soup he was getting. As he walked by the big bowl was only filled a quarter of the way..

Kyle, the manager, is ubiquitous and omnipresent. He holds his staff together and makes accommodations himself. I am regular, since this is my wife’s favorite restaurant. Kyle’s ingratiating service always starts my Saturday morning’s with a smile.

I normally don’t do reviews however I am so not happy with this location!!! I ordered a chicken avocado BLT on a asiago bagel but I modified it to be a regular BLT with no tomato. The store called me to confirm the order which I appreciated, although that doesn’t change the fact that when I received my sandwich it LITERALLY had one slice of bacon on it and a bunch of lettuce. I didn’t ask for salad on a bagel!!! For a big corporation like this I would expect better quality, I mean technically I saved the business money due to not getting chicken, avocado, tomato, and garlic aoli on the sandwich. I didn’t even ask for the store to replace those ingredients with more bacon I just assumed I would get more than one sliver of bacon on my sandwich, I mean honestly who wants a sandwich with a tone of lettuce and mayo but one slice of bacon. I frequent Panera A LOT and I have never been this disappointed before. Hopefully this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. I have attached a photo that way it is known I’m not exaggerating, I literally took 2 bites when I noticed I was only eating lettuce.

Very disappointing. I used to really enjoy eating at Panera. They removed the black bean soup and don’t seem to understand that people want animal free options. This tiny sad salad, even without the chickens, was $10. After today’s experience, can no longer recommend it. Go to Curitto instead and get a good plant-filled meal.

the manager, Claudine, assisted me with my AGS auto-immunie disease needs to the fullest degree. She instructed her line team to change setup to prep for an extreme allergy. I was diagnosed four months ago, shortly after my mother passed, and haven’t eaten at any restaurants since, due to fear. Today, I was in town for Riot Fest, and couldn’t prepare my own meals for the trip. Going to a restaurant is such a small achievement, it easy to forget how reliant we are on others to cook for us. Claudine and her team made me feel loved. I appreciate that so much, during this era of my life that is rife with future fears and past regrets. Just eating somewhere outside of home is a comfort that runs so deeply. Thank you, Claudine.

Pictured are BBQ chicken on Sourdough, French baguette, and chicken noodle soup.
