I had to wait for 4-5 mins before anyone came to take my order. I noticed that when other customers came in they had to wait too. They were focused on talking and playing around. The chicken looks smaller than before and the mac and cheese was full of cheese and barely any noodles. Their lobby was very clean.

Ordered in the App to save time. When I arrived my two orders were NOT at the pickup window. I provided my two order numbers and then waited 10 minutes and no one came back to even give me a status. Finally the young female employee saw me waiting and asked about my order. She couldn’t find it either so I showed her my email confirmations. She just went ahead and filled both of my Big Boxes. Kudos to her for rescuing me. Total time 20 minutes for an online order that should have been waiting for me!

I haven’t tried a Popeyes in forever and decided to stop in for lunch on a whim. I was able to order quickly, staff were courteous, and I got my food quickly. I got the spicy dark meat for my 2pc combo which was juicy and had a good punch of heat, but the portions were a bit small considering I paid $12+ for two relatively small pieces of chicken, a small order of fries which were somewhat dry, a biscuit, and a soda.
The restaurant and the parking lot were fairly small, so be prepared if it’s busy. Overall, the chicken was tasty which is what matters the most, but I’d keep my expectations low given what you get for what you pay.

Went in for a late dinner; dining area is extremely clean. Very efficient but one piece of chicken was seriously overcooked; I guess that’s why my 2 piece combo had 3 pieces. It was insulting to be served an inedible piece of chicken. The female associate was very kind and greeted us upon entry.

This is a nice brand new fast food location for popeyes. It’s got a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The food was hot and fresh. And the staff was easy to work with. It’s not bad if you’re into fast food and especially chicken. There are a few vegetarian options as well. None of them come in the meal, though. They’re mostly just side dishes.

The worst place you can ever buy. Stuff is very unprofessional they messed up my order two times in a row. First time thought it was accidental. No I know it is incompetence and carelessness at its top. Very unprofessional. Recommend that you take your business elsewhere. This shop unfortunately happens to be the closest one from where I live. I drive almost an hour to reach this shop from my home and two times the mistake was not to open the box and check the items that I ordered. They never give you the ones that you order always mixes it up. Should be ashamed of themselves and find some other job. Twice in a row is not accidental it is purposeful and carelessness.

I order the 3 piece chicken combo with red beans and rice. The chicken taste like old grease. The Red bean & rice was watered down how was it red beans and rice with no beans. This the worst Popeyes I ever ate from. Need more store training & how the cook food properly. Won’t visit this place ever again. Food his horrible

I come to this Popeyes almost every day, and the experience is always great. The staff is so nice and sweet, and you can really tell they work together as a team. The food is always fresh, hot, and made right. They make you feel welcomed every time you walk in. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS POPEYES! Yes, it is newly built and clean. HOWEVER- the food is CONSTANTLY burned and hard. I went in and there were four employees sitting at a table in uniforms eating. Very slow waiting on help to pick up my order. Not a fan. Disappointing. I’d rather go wait in line on fish hatchery rd.
