This was the nastiest thing I’d ever tasted. Somehow the inside of the dough was raw cheese wasn’t cooked all the way. Pizza was not cut, so much sauce it was a soup and everything falling off. I puked, it was inedible and unfortunately will not ever be ordering dominos again bc this was wild. Luckily a team member after 30 mins of calling and being hung up on before picking the phone up so I would call again. But luckily he said he refunded me and that I would receive in 24-48 hours.

I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received at the Domino’s Pizza location located at 17764 NW 57th Ave, ZIP code 33015, today.
From the moment I arrived, the service was very unsatisfactory, particularly from an employee named Fabio. Initially, he refused to sell me anything unless I placed the order online, despite the fact that I was physically present in the store. I found this behavior inappropriate and unacceptable.
Later, another employee kindly took my order and informed me that the wait time would be approximately 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting 20 to 25 minutes, even though my pizza was already prepared and clearly visible at the counter.
During this time, the employees — including Fabio — were distracted, looking at their phones, making jokes, shouting, and using vulgar language while talking to a coworker, without paying attention to the customers waiting to be served. If it had not been for the same employee who initially took my order stepping in again, I would likely still be waiting for my pizza.
Fabio’s attitude was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate for a customer service environment. This experience was very frustrating and does not reflect the standards I expect from Domino’s Pizza.
I hope management reviews this situation and takes the appropriate measures to ensure this type of behavior does not happen again, as it negatively affects the company’s image and customer experience.

Despite having a pizza delivered 3 weeks before, the new order I placed was over 1.5 hours later, with zero communication. Eventually, when I called again, I was told the driver could not find our house. Instead of being apologetic, I was advised it would be another hour for a pizza. Since I thought that a concerted effort to provide client service to us (even a smidge) would follow, I resubmitted the order. Needless to say, it never arrived and I was not called with an explanation or apology. It completely ruined our evening.

I visited this store today and was very disappointed with the service. They only accept online orders, but they do not explain why or offer any assistance. Not everyone knows how to use the internet or has the app downloaded, especially older customers, and I don’t think it’s fair to turn people away without a proper explanation.
When I walked in, the employee simply said “pick up?” I said no, and she responded, “you have to order online,” without even a good morning or an apology for the inconvenience. A simple explanation such as “our system is not taking live orders at this time” would have made a big difference. The customer service was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made an order at 8:44pm, the app said my order was delivered at 9:05pm. I called the store at 9:17pm to see where my order was and was told there was a problem with the oven and that a driver just left the store with my order. The order didn’t arrive until 10:10pm. I live 5 minutes away from the location…

After all this time seeing the Viral pizza on YouTube & TikTok I decided to give it a shot. Using the app I was able to easily order following instructions. Dominos has a 50% discount offer on regular pizzas using the web. So I paid only $9.49 after discount. Arranged for a pickup on a Friday afternoon ! Pizza was delicious & juicy filled with meats & cheeses! Super deal!

I paid up front and still have not received a refund after calling the store twice and also calling dominos customer services being placed on hold 35 minutes and then filing a report with their chat bot. No one at the store who answers the phone speaks English nor will put anyone on the line who does. Do not order from this store unless you can pay AFTER receiving your pizza and are fluent in Spanish in case you have any issue with your order (which is likely).

Ordered via the app. Time after paying stated 20-30mins.. I didn’t get my food until 1 hour and 37 mins later. All my food was burnt, sandwiches were opened faced and they forgot the Alfredo on my Pasta.
