My favorite sandwich spot love coming in for a hot Bobby. Food was great as always did have unfortunate experience waiting for the food, however. Let them know I was there for my pick up order. She said it was coming out in just a moment.. She then proceeded to not tell me when it came out and just left it sitting on the counter until I asked, and then she was like oh it’s just right there. I didn’t say anything, but in my mind all I could think about was I told you what I was here for and then you just let it sit on the counter and since I got A hot sandwichfries and hot gravy, I’m just thinking man it’s just sitting there getting cold. Not to mention the gravy wasn’t even half full

I’ve tried all of the Turkey sandwiches, including the Bobbie and Hot Bobbie. They all are excellent. They roast whole Turkeys every day! Like Thanksgiving only better because we don’t have to do it at home or wait for Thanksgiving. The staff are all very friendly and easy going. Get the Capriotti’s App for points and discounts. It’s a great deal.

The wait time over 45 minutes ridiculous for 2 small sandwiches, wasn’t even that busy. No standing lines or anything, the guy making sandwiches didn’t seem hurried at all…I was there with 3 other people waiting..never again,as they said the same thing…I’ll go to subway, more efficient

I’m from Vegas and have been a Cap’s fan for years. First time to one out here so I bragged about it to my family. It was delicious as always, but wow the prices out here are rediculous. 3 adults, 2 kids, $80!

Oh, and their hours were still wrong here even after all the bad reviews of people coming when they’re closed.

I enjoyed my first experience. The cashier, Chris, was friendly, attentive, engaged with us, and prepared our sandwiches well. They were so delicious! Looking forward to coming back. We wanted Miss Vickie’s chips, but they were out of stock on the shelf. Chris noticed that, and quickly took care of us. He checked the back and had another employee, named Ruben, restock so that he could assist the other customers coming in. Ruben was also friendly, attentive, and engaged with us well. They both answered all our questions about the franchise. Great job! Highly recommend! I think Capriotti’s is better than Subway, Jimmy John’s & Jersey Mike’s. Better quality and portions at a better price in my opinion.
