I’m so irritated with this place. My husband and I came here for dinner and the service was terrible. The employee was rude. My husband ordered the danger dog and they failed to put the jalapeños in it and the bun was soaking wet. I ordered the chili cheese dog with a polish dog and it was disgusting, the polish dog was almost unchewable, and the cheese was hard. Not to mention it felt like they took it out of the refrigerator and handed it to us. I’m pregnant and was so excited about trying this place! Definitely can say I will not eat here again.

Food is good, but they didn’t label the burritos we bought so they went to the wrong people. We paid for two 16oz drinks and got 12oz instead. This place usually does rather well, but don’t go here during busy hours. They don’t do well under pressure.

We sat at the menu waiting to order for 5 solid minutes without even being greeted through the speaker. We asked, “Hello?” and no one responded. We then pulled around, thinking they were closed, only to be stuck behind a car waiting for their food for an additional 9 minutes before being able to escape and go spend our money somewhere else. We were told at the window that the speaker was broken, and the employee seemed very frustrated. Given that there are other reviews from others with my same experience, it seems like this is a known, preventable issue. Just put a sign up. Disappointing. It’s a shame because I was excited when this location opened but it’s just been miss after miss. The Feather River location is faster, more consistent, and the quality is higher.

when you walk in the building it smells like stinky feet. the workers including the manager has a bad attitude. the person cooking has long nails which is a no go for a cook because it harbors bacteria. she wasn’t even wearing gloves. when given my food the girl tossed it on the counter saying heres your tacos and walked away. no thank you have a good day or anything. normally i normally rave about this location and encourage friends to go here. it’s sad that the service has declined so dramatically. I will not recommend anymore.

They have a bigger menu at this location. Found out they are not 24-7 as the other one in town. They can’t find anyone who will work the night shift to stay open. Love their drinks and the variety of food. Did care to much for the tamales to dry. Great customer service. Not the best location and the drive thru well if your driving a big vehicle I suggest you call in your order and pick up inside.

This place is a giant ripoff. Ordered a small iced latte, they want over $7 for it! Seriously, that’s almost double the cost of the same drink at Starbucks! The coffee is incredibly bitter, and why would you steam the milk for an iced drink? Yep, not going to come back here again. Way too much money for a mediocre and almost inedible product.

Ordered a veggie burrito, no salsa,add avocado, a California burrito with mild salsa, and a bean and cheese burrito without salsa, a 32 oz black tea, and an order of fries. The lady didn’t get my order right. Didn’t get the fries I asked for. They just weren’t wrung up in the order.And there was salsa in the bean and cheese burrito. To be fair, it was during a shift change. But still.. if someone is willing to pay 30 for a late lunch, at least pay attention to the full order.
