Bad experience at this Pita Way location. I usually go to the Bloomfield Hills, Grand Blanc, or Davison locations and the food has always been great! I ordered my usual at the Owosso location and the chicken was charred–like overly charred to the point the chicken was hard and that’s all I could taste was burnt chicken. I couldn’t even eat it. Disappointed…

My husband and I went here for the first time yesterday and it was fantastic. Hannah was so welcoming and energetic. She explained flavor profiles so well and gave suggestions. Such a welcoming vibe and great fresh food that you dont feel bloated or heavy after you eat.

The last few times my friends and I have ordered from here we’ve been disappointed in the food. It used to be worth the price we pay but it seems the staff has been getting lazy. There was more hummus in my bowl than there was food. The fire fries tasted like they weren’t in the fryer for long and it looked like a pile of throw up on top. I’ve been very surprised by this. I always recommend this place and rave about how good it is but the product is no longer worth the price and the workers need to be less lazy and care more about their customers. I hope it goes back to normal soon✌

Best place to eat in Owosso, hands down. Those fire fries, are the best fries ive ever tasted. They kept their composure, and didnt get soggy, even after a 20 minute drive home. Try their spin on a quesadilla, you wont regret it.

First time at Pita Way and every staff member was so kind. They explained what certain foods were and gave suggestions on what tasted the best with other foods chosen. The pitas were amazing! The hummus was incredible too!

First time had any issue here. Good school, place is clean. The gal helping us seemed to be new or not know, and instead of asking for help almost screwed up our order and almost overcharged us, if I had not been paying attention. Unacceptable. People need to pay attention to there job or ask if they don’t know.

I do not get what all the hype was about this place, went today 09-22-2025 was pretty disappointed. To start im not a huge chicken fan unfortunately that’s all they had i wanted the gyro meat but they claimed to be out. In my opinion this place is overpriced for what you are getting the 2 bowls we got where by no means full and for $15.00 a bowl i feel they should be a bit more worth it. Luckily we had coupons because I couldn’t imagine paying full price for that awful old rice they served in my bowl im sure I won’t be returning. The employees that where working where also pretty rude and I told them we were eating there yet they continued to throw it in a bag and try to not have us eat in the facility.

First visit here about six months ago was fantastic. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Since then, we’ve been regulars, but the service and the amount of food keeps being reduced. We have to beg and plead for some lettuce and veggies, and when the bowls are finished, they are still half empty. The food is still good, but for the price, I’ll go somewhere I’m not looked at like a leper for asking for lots of tomatoes and cucumbers.

I ended up here with a couple of people from my school, they told me it was good but I didn’t know how to order. After a brief set of questions, I got the Deerborn or something. It was art, the fire fries were BEAUTIFUL, and the employees were so nice.
