The lady who was hosted AND waitress was very sweet. The food was not good for us at all. We both ordered Pad Thai and it was not like any pad Thai we have ever had. Not eggs and a dark brown sauce. So we said, let’s not have any preconceived ideas and think of it as a mystery dish with an open mind. We both took a bite. I could not eat it. My husband picked out his shrimp and we both called it done. Perhaps their other dishes might be enjoyable, but we will never know.

After trying pho at five locations across North Carolina, four in Virginia, and one in Pennsylvania, I can confidently say Pho Bar, also known as Victorious Pho Bar, serves the best I’ve ever had. The broth is deeply flavorful yet clean and balanced, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It sets a new standard compared to every other bowl I’ve experienced.

Outstanding Pho in town this is a genuine gem. Ask for Paige, she’s delightful, and don’t forget to inquire about the pho punch card

I’ve been here about 4 different times and I have always ordered the beef pho which is my favorite. My bf has tried the rest of the food items, like the hibachi and pad thai and definitely prefers the pho as well. The fried chicken spring rolls and fresh shrimp rolls are a great appetizer as well. Nice and friendly staff. Very great spot for pho.

The food is so good! We are big fans of the Pho and dumplings. The dumplings are one of the best in Burlington!
Staff are friendly but don’t expect to be in a hurry. There often is only 1-2 working and so service is sometimes slow. Food is delicious though!

During my visit to Pho Bar in Burlington, I was treated to a delightful array of Asian flavors, featuring Combination Pho, Fried Rice, and Pad Thai. The Combination Pho stood out with its rich, aromatic broth and perfectly cooked noodles, complemented by a generous variety of meats. The Fried Rice was a hit too, with its well-seasoned, non-greasy mix of veggies and proteins. The Pad Thai, while slightly sweeter than I prefer, still offered a good balance of flavors with tender noodles. Prompt and courteous service added to the experience, making the restaurant a great choice for anyone seeking authentic Asian cuisine. Overall, a solid four-star experience with only minor adjustments needed for the Pad Thai.

Absolutely horrible beef pad Thai. Ordered to go and pathetic. The beef, which was not much of, dry and flavorless. Was not much sauce and noodles where clumped to together and dry. The sauce was obviously not mixed with the noodles. Green onion and sprouts???? Not much existed. I paid 13.50 plus tax for something I wouldn’t feed a stray dog.

We ordered take out tonight.
I ordered Tofu Pad Thai, and it was disappointing. Barely any tofu and bean sprouts, and no egg to speak of. The sauce wasn’t good, either. My wife also said that her Tofu Curry was disappointing.
The iced coffee was good, however.
