Price didn’t seem to bad but I ordered the witches brew gelati which is supposed to come with nerds on it and it had none so I was disappointed about that nor was we asked what flavor custard we wanted.

Love their products but all they hire are teens which is predictable cause who would make that their career, BUT the downfall of that is as we know…teens are careless. Not that any of them are rude, but 1 of them cut corners and made my boyfriend’s blender with hardly any water ice at all and majority that flavored liquid they add to it. They’re too overpriced for getting ripped off like that. And they dont put enough sprinkles AT ALL on the cones. Then they act like “they cant add more” when you say something. Just annoying.

First time at this place. The selection was very good, and prices weren’t bad. I got a Gelati with custard, which was very good. The rest of my family got different varieties. This location was right next to Walmart and well maintained. The place was clean and the workers were nice and courteous. Our deserts were finished in a timely manner, and well prepared.

UGH SO GOOD! My family and I went here while going to walmart to get a sweat treat, and the manger Hailey was the sweetest. Overall 10/10.

At the fair Rose and PJ were amazing ! My little cousin dropped her fish and the bag exploded we picked it up put it with another fish then we ran around asking for a cup for the fish so he wouldn’t die. Rita’s is the only one who said yes. Thank you so much for helping not only do they provide amazing care and are amazing human beings but they helped save our fish ! I have been to this fair since I was 14 I’m now 27. I will always remember this and always choose Rita’s from now on due to the kindness of both employees. They deserve a raise and they deserve to be known for the help they gave. I’m sorry I’m terrible with names I hope it is PJ or maybe it was RJ but yall where absolutely stunning tonight.

We love stopping by this rita’s. They always have the best, fresh ice and custard… and the best part is that they are consistent! The owner and the staff are so friendly and they really care about providing a great experience. Our daughter just tried the unicorn ice with custard and it was delicious!
