This place was very clean. They had all the Donuts stockedand they had the line moving. I’m very big on all three that I just said. It’s very sad that I have to get out of my neighborhood which is Detroit West side,Oak Park, Southfield telegraph just to get great service and things that I like and want.

every time i come here there’s always some white stick coming out the window and i wanna know what that’s all about. also the donuts be dry but the drinks are good so i suppose it cancels out. sometimes employees seem.. erratic?

Went to this Tim Hortons at about 630AM in the morning and the line was about 10 cars deep. Still it only took me about 5 minutes to get my order placed and received. I ordered a large black coffee and a dozen assorted doughnuts. The order was accurate and food/drink delicious. I’ll be back!

I haven’t been to Tim Hortons in a while, I had some time and ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich combo. The server was very nice and the food not so much. It wasn’t hot and the croissant was barely put together and was flat.

If i could give them zero stars i would. I’m an avid Starbucks drinker who’s trying new things and i know my expectations may be high but this order was absolutely impossible to ignore. The coffee was extremely sweet almost like melted ice cream. I requested oat milk and triple confirmed due to dietary reasons and I’m convinced they used a dairy based cream. My sandwich was flame Burnt to the point it was literally black. Impossible to eat around as it caused the entire croissant to simply crumble. Calling corporate was equally disappointed. Will never try this again.

It’s my favorite place to go. I love how they remember your order. I go here just about every morning through the drive-through, and just by my voice and what I order, they already know it’s me, lol Also, anytime I’m unhappy with how my coffee taste they will make a fresher one and bring it out to me.

Mornings at this Tim’s are a dice roll. Order a coffee? Get a mocha. Order a sandwich? Enjoy your bagel. To avoid confusion I made time this morning to walk in over drive through and telling the teller to not put sugar in my coffees (cause that’s another fun surprise of this Tim’s, they love putting sugar when you specifically ask for non sugar drinks) – I was blown away when I looked her in the eyes and she said “no sugar” I thanked her, drove off, got to work and of course my coffee and my colleagues coffees all had sugar and we had to throw the coffees out. Have no idea what’s up or why this keeps happening. I’m just gonna drive further out to another Tim’s.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and only got one. Which is fine because the one I did get was awful anyway. The bagel was still cold. The cheese wasn’t melted. It was gross and doughy and just ew.. McDonald’s does better for cheaper.

Seriously this is the saddest management I ever seen. Be better. The coffee always be burnt after 2 hours but never used. The managers or supervisor need to stop being on that phone and help I can’t stand people who always be on that damn phone not helping customers. And Clean up after yourselves! Tighten it up. My sandwich was cold when I first got it. Also who is the damn manager of that store learn how to control your tone I’m tired of the disrespect that the workers are getting here
