Great place to eat! Food is delicious, portions are generous and the wait times were not bad at all.

Food was decent and the service was good, but it was kind of overpriced in my opinion. They give you a lot of food, but the quality was OK. I didn’t care for the Mac salad and they charge $5 for a side of it. The BBQ beef and chicken katsu were good though, and so was the salad.

The food here is delicious and very authentic to Hawaiian BBQ! I’ve already gone back to try the orange chicken and BBQ Beef, and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be eating here again, it’s one of my newest favorite places to eat in Porterville

Dining area is decently presented. Food was tasty. Not much for presentation, everything is in to-go containers, seems to be a trend since Covid, Chicken Katsu had great crunch, could have used more spices. Mac salad was traditional and tasty.

A nice, cozy, Hawaiian themed restaurant with friendly staff and good food. It can get a little pricy at times.

The staff are usually helpful, but the girl with glasses is very nice and extremely helpful. She has been very friendly and I very highly doubt she’d ever be rude to a customer. She helps pick out plates, is very patient, and is very competent. The workers go above and beyond when they can!

The food is good, though it can vary from time to time. It’s usually good, but sometimes it’s excellent.

This place was good when it first opened but now the lettuce they serve is all white not green, the salmon is barely there, before the portion was big, now you barely taste it, portion is so small!! They put all kinds of rice to make up for it. Bunch of cheapskates!!

I love this place but bad customer service I ordered the katsu chicken it was not fresh super crunchy I asked for a replacement piece that was all I was asking for and they wanted to charge me for a new plate when I had already paid for my plate and wasn’t happy about it I asked to speak to the manager and the worker said he didn’t speak English so I wonder how he communicates with he’s workers so ridiculous

I don’t think it should take 20 minutes to make one boba drink if it’s not busy. It was me, my boyfriend and three young men behind me. The order was placed at 5:26 pm and didn’t get my drink until 5:43 pm. Griselda took my order first which was one drink. She then takes three young men’s orders right after. How is it that she then takes to go orders from an iPad than make my drink? The young men’s orders were ready and she gave them their food. I went up to her to ask if it was ready even though I know it’s made upfront. She said that she’s trying to pack food first for the iPad orders. While she was starting my drink, another young man was waiting to place an order. Like why are you now multitasking now? We think she forgot. No sense in urgency either. Everything she was doing was slow. 20 minutes was way too long to make one boba drink.
