5 stars in food quality and restaurant cleanness. The staff deserve 7 stars….why? They are very attentive, fast and they do extraordinary job in handling special requests which can be tedious but I was surprised to their attention to details which ironically I don’t find in more expensive restaurants. I also want to point at the manager, Juan, who’s helping hands on to finish the order. I’m truly surprised by this place customer care.

We’d never heard of a Roy Rodgers before – but we’d heard of the actor. First thought was that it was a mix of Hardee’s and Arby’s but with fried chicken and an amazing breakfast spread. But let me tell you that we were wrong. IT WAS BETTER! Actual sliced roast beef sandwiches. Onion rings golden and beer battered. Burgers with flavor. A fixin table allowed you to put just about anything you wanted on your sandwich – and I didn’t even take a picture of all the sauces. We left surprised and thinking of how we could start a franchise of our own in our home state that sadly has none. Even the staff were laughing and enjoying where they worked. Try it yourself!

I ordered a strawberry milkshake, except it wasn’t a strawberry milkshake. It was vanilla ice cream with a ridiculous amount of the strawberry shortcake topping added and then blended to the moon and back but there were still tons of chunks of strawberry.

As you can imagine, it was pretty disgusting. I didn’t go back to have it corrected because I had already gotten a ways down the road.

This isn’t how Roy’s normally makes their shakes. They’re normally amazing but this time I had to hit the McDonald’s next to my house to wash the taste of that nonsense from my mouth.

Stopped in for some roast beef. Sooo good! One of the best fast food meals in existence here. Store is well staffed with friendly, efficient, fully masked people, tables all freshly wiped down. Not crowded.

First time taste of this fastfood chain. I ordered the spicy chicken combo with a side salad.
They had a salad fixings bar which was very basic by good. I will come again and recommend to friend.
Portions was reasonable size and priced.
Flavors was on point.
I love my order.

I love the food choices here and it is delicious. However I would say to check your order before leaving cause some item is usually missing. I have had a brownie, French fries and a fixng cup missing from my orders .

Always stop for Roy Rogers when I see one. I ordered a 3 piece combo and didn’t receive my fries.

They were training a new cashier. The service was slow. I ordered the Pacific Cod dinner with two sides. The fish was dry. The coleslaw had a sour flavor–I prefer sweet. The apples were good. I also tried the shortcake–ut was good!

Have always loved having a strawberry shortcake from Roy Roger’s, but the past few times I’ve had one at this establishment in the past year, I’ve been so disappointed. I feel I get more biscuit than anything else….I counted three strawberries and had maybe a tablespoon of syrup….my dessert was dry! How can that be? Considering this dessert costs more than it used to, the quality needs to get better! I’d love to make this my favorite go to dessert again when I have cravings…

One of the first times I ate at a Roy Rogers. It did not disappoint. Fresh made food with a topping bar to personalize our sandwiches and we each walked out with a sandwich that tasted just like we wanted.
