Such an underrated spot for thai food in San Diego! While the staff is often impatient and the dining area, run-down, the food meets every expectation. My favorites are the lemongrass tom yum soup and pad thai with shrimp. Both are super tangy and flavorful, without being overly seasoned. I would skip the spring rolls next time but will return for sure!

First and last time ever.
Fried rice: 2/5 — not hot, just mildly warm; flavor 2/5.
Seafood salad: 0/5 — very salty, no sweet-and-sour balance at all. I’ve never had a Thai salad this bad. The seafood was chewy.
Tom Yum soup: 2/5 — not hot when it was first served; after about f5 minutes on a small flame, it became warmer.
On top of that, every dish came out very slowly. We waited far too long for each one.

Very disappointed… We used to like this place. This time we ordered the eggplant with tofu dish to go and the portion was so small, it was like only half portion charged at full price.

Charming little place. Looove the green & red curries. I like meat, but always get vegetables here instead because they are always done perfectly. We drive 10 miles to get Thai here because we love theirs so much.

Sweet workers with quick service. This is a little hole in the wall with authentic home cooked food. Best priced lunch specials, a little gem for sure. Loved everything we had!

We ordered delivery. I requested a 9/10 for my eggplant and tofu dish, but I’d say it was maybe a 3 or 4/10. Still tasty, though. The lemongrass chicken had many giant chunks of lemongrass in it, which were inedible. And they forgot to send our coffee, which was a bummer. My favorite item, however, was this tapioca dessert!! YUM! Overall, I’d go back. Maybe we’ll dine in next time.

Very tasty with friendly staff. Panang curry has a unique basil flavor, and the crunchy spring roll appetizer came out quickly and piping hot with a sweet dipping sauce. The building interior and entree plating was average, but I enjoyed the atmosphere and smells which felt very authentic.

Absolutely best Thai place around. Service is quick and friendly. Even though it’s hardly busy, it is truly a hidden gem. Their curries are so smooth and flavorful, the pad Thai is perfectly cooked…I could go on and on!

This little hidden gem is hidden right along San Marcos BLVD.
Spicy or Drunken Noodles was delicious. The place was packed which is a sign of great food. I came for my pick up. Glad I did there wasn’t an empty seat. The older man that helped me gave off great vibes. My order was ready and hot when I picked it up.
