I tried to order my employees lunch at my Starbucks because they were working New Year’s Day and working extremely hard. I thought it’d be a nice treat to get them pizza. I ordered two extra large pizzas
I got one large one extra large
The guy came way later than when I ordered it
The pizza delivery driver called me and didn’t understand where to go even though I typed in our address and put in their Starbucks
Then he continued to waste my time on the phone and I said listen man. It’s Starbucks 1 miles away. The yellow building at the end of the street on your right hand side. I literally couldn’t have been any more specific. He still didn’t understand. He says well. I’m here. I said you’re probably at the bookstore on Post Road. That’s not us. I said again 1740 Boston Post Road. He continue to not listen and then asked me to come outside
In the middle of business I can’t leave my floor and that’s why I opted for delivery and paid for the delivery charge
Then he got me off the floor once he came inside disrupted. The line caused other customers in my location to get upset
Then kept talking to me and asking me well. How can I make it right? And I said I don’t have time to go back and forth. I have to get back to work. I said if you want to make it right just bring me what I ordered. He still didn’t understand
I will not order ever again from these guys
My local Domino’s by me in Stratford is fantastic. Every experience every single time
Whoever is managing Fairfield Domino’s has a problem and they need to retrain their delivery driver

Staff at this location are not good… completely disrespectful to customers who are trying to resolve issues civilly… hours are also totally inaccurate. Why would you have posted on your website that you close at 1 am but stop taking orders before 12. Had placed an order about an hour and a half prior to closing time and when I called for confirmation the male staff member on call was super rude off the bat, yelling at me they were closed about 3 times before I could get a word in. By the time I was allowed to talk and ask about the order I was met with such hostility that I was honestly taken aback… after which he hung up on me without reason. Will never support this location again. Absolutely horrible customer service and support, and the management team should be ashamed of itself. I’ve worked in food service nearly 6 years and this was not it.

I ordered a handmade pan pizza from here. When I received it it was incredibly undercooked. The cheese was barely melted on top. The pizza was raw almost the entire way through. I called to rectify the situation, and whomever answered my call was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They told me that if I didn’t want it that way, I should have asked for it well done. You have to ask for your pizza to be well done for it to be cooked at all? I was offered a free pizza in return, and then promptly hung up on. No apology ot anything for the quality of the pizza sent to me, or even the initial attitude. Do not order from this location. The staff is rude, and the pizza won’t be properly cooked.

Sahidul was our delivery person and the GPS wasn’t directing him properly. He arrived about 25 minutes late but he was SO SWEET and apologetic. The pizza was also still perfectly warm! Sometimes things happen – we wanted to acknowledge that he tried his best to reach us, succeeded and was very kind.
