I ordered leg and thigh. They put 2 legs instead. I asked a lady should be leg and thigh. She said they are out of thigh. It was 1145Am today. If you are out then let the customer know. This is very shady. I will not coming back to this location again. Everyone check your order before you leave

I got 5 piece and a large red beans and rice about 20 bucks. But the manager taking my oder gets smart about me asking for Xtra hot sauce mind you she gave me 3 and then when I ask for more she gives me 2 and says something smart about. I eat 3 packs on one chicken. Why can’t I enjoy my chicken with Xtra hot sauce. She is something terrible!

I order $33.70 worth of food on 10/7. The lady in the drive-through told me that my receipt was in the bag which it wasn’t. I have ordered a two piece combo with two drumsticks. I was given legs. I asked for sweet tea. The sweet tea I received was unsweetened and my french fries were cold. I went back and tried to get the food that I had ordered and the lady gave me the same thing and I showed her the chicken and I said ma’am these are not drumsticks. These are legs and she told me I did not know what I was talking about those or the drumsticks that they have always served. I was highly disappointed in the food and the service I received, and I will not be returning

Went to this location an got a four piece, 2 breast an leg an drum with a sweet tea. However when I get home I have 1 breast which a piece of it was either broken off or an employee was hungry an was sneak eating. They also gave me a thigh which I specifically said I did not want an paid extra for a breast I did not get. On top of that my tea was not sweet at all zero sugar , an they never gave me my receipt. So I called this morning and spoke with the manager, and he said that they will remake the order. I specifically told him I did not have my receipt because the women in the drive-through window did not give me my receipt after purchase and he said it was OK as long as I have the card I paid with so I come in the store now the same lady that was in the drive-through ignores me and I’m standing there for 20 minutes and I tell her that I’m there for my order remake and who I spoken to now she says well I did not work last night and I don’t have a receipt so they won’t remake it and had an attitude. Worse customer service ever won’t go back the whole team chose to ignore me the whole time I was there.

I went through the drive-through ordered a six piece garlic Parmesan the girl in the drive-through with fake eyelashes gave me the biggest attitude told me to pull to the side for my biscuit. I waited at least five minutes before I decided to go inside and get them myself which defeats the purpose of a drive-through. Then when I received my meal, it had been all wrong. They need to hire better people for drive-through. Worst experience ever definitely never going back

I’ve ordered food for delivery through Uber Eats within the last hour of closing time on August 3, 2024, and the chicken patty on my sandwich was burned and overcooked. It didn’t even taste professional.

Uber Eats ended up refunding me the item for bad experience and the chicken patty going to burned crumbs with just the touch of fingers.

I’m sorry but the price and size for a regular cole slaw doesn’t fit for a family meal. The regular only feeds one person the size/portion doesn’t corresponds with the price neither $4.29. No this will be my first and last time eating at Popeyes.

I love Popeyes, but I don’t love this store. It’s new, in a tough place, and they don’t seemed too concerned with customer service or quality.

I ordered a 3-piece meal, all thigh with red beans and rice. I received 3 mini thighs and watery RBaR. The thigh was as small as the biscuit. I showed the manager and she shrugged her shoulder and said, ”That’s what they sent us to cook.” With that excuse she removed herself from the problem.

Service is a -0 food is not good cold and hard chicken didn’t get a receipt and I’m trying to call because I wanna complain about my food and it keeps ringing. Nobody picks up and now they just unplugged the phone because now the phone keeps sounding like it’s busy on purpose so they don’t wanna answer the phone
