Average experience – no issue getting seated but staff didnt seem very motivated or happy. $18 for a caesar salad with no protein is overpriced when you are pretty much getting a bowl of lettuce, and the biscuits and gravy were $15 which is a bigger heartier meal. Both dishes tasted good though. Chicken broth was lukewarm and didnt have much flavor. Food came out quickly, and our server was attentive. It has potential and is worth going if you are hungry and shopping near that area but wouldnt go out of my way for it.

Been here several times over the years. Although it has been a while until today. My wife Nancy and I were out Christmas shopping and decided to pop in here for lunch.
We were greeted quite pleasantly by the hostess and seated immediately. Our waiter Amir came to our table and introduced himself to us within say…90 seconds with a genuine large smile and gave us our menus. Shortly there after he brought us our complimentary and delicious breads and broth. He was patient until we were ready to place our order. The food was freshly prepared, properly presented and delicious.
Amir checked on us from time to time and refilled our drinks without asking. Really an enjoyable and relaxing lunch.
Will surely be back again, but sooner this time.

The food is just ok. Not sure what all the hype is about. The cookies are now horrible… did the recipe change??? The service was also super slow. What happened to all the good employees? My experience was very underwhelming to say the least.

Waitress never smiled, no host seating people, crab Louie salad had to go back due to crab meat tasted soured. Popovers are ridiculous, looked like the size of a small football and about the same color. Nothing like it use to be. Will not be returning. Lost a customer!

The host that sat us down , was basically on her phone the whole time we were waiting for our waitress to come out the back.(10 min.) When she finally arrived it looked like she just woke up, no smile, no welcome.
The new menu not very appealing, the food is just now average. No atmosphere, no great service of the past. We probably won’t ever be back again to one of our best spots.

I really wanted to like this place, but the staff (Asian female & African American female) were horrible. We got there 15 minutes before the kitchen opened, asked if we could sit, and we were told yes. We weren’t in a rush so we patiently waited. After about 30 minutes of sitting and talking and being patient, I asked if we could order. The waitress said yes, walked away and began folding napkins at the bar area. The other waitress was prepping other tables for the “soon to be customers”, but the customers there (Us) were not being attended. It was just 2 of us in the entire cafe. There was literally no one at the other tables. It was very clear we were not going to be served and they were not there to work. I always assumed servers hustled for their tips (I’m a big tipper because I’ve served before), but nope, not them. They seemed content with their hourly rate. I’d never go back. Wish I could at least say that the water was cold, but I wouldn’t know because we didn’t get that far. Cafe is super cute if you just want to hang out, but make sure you eat and drink before going.

When you think of the Neiman Marcus Brand and stores, you think of luxury but their cafe is a disappointment.
Their cappuccino was far from a decent cappuccino, the espresso flavor was really shy and the amount of milk was overwhelming, so it was more like a latte. When we complained, the server laughed, which should have not happened due to the heritage of a brand that should be represented all across.

Love lunch here. Popover bread is really yummy. Friend had salmon and thought it was delicious. Burger very good and cooked to order. This is my favorite out of the food court lunch. It is good food great service and civilized. It is worth heading upstairs and taking time to enjoy your meal
