7MAR.2026 First time here, was greeted right away,and ate at the bar. Tony was very attentive, accommodating to each guest as he was serving drinks from behind the bar constantly. When he wasn’t making great drinks, he was serving us customers our deliciousness(our food). Fresh, juicy, delicious food in the seafood boil.
A great meal was had. I got the special and it was delicious and hit the spot. The vibe, people, and music was so wonderful.
I love the options on the menu and everything looked so good. Definitely a nice, welcoming, place to keep returning to whenever I’m in the area.

Yeah they got busy in here the server Crystal was the best. I was super surprised about the portions of crab / shrimp I thought someone in the back recognized me and was showing extra love. I’m from Seattle so I’m spoiled on the chowder I would have passed on that but I gave it a try. The setting @ the bar was nice I was able to watch the game & be pampered by the crew @ the bar. I’ve never taken Togo from a boil spot but I was not able to finish. I did the mega mix sauce it was poppin. & I couldn’t believe the price the best bang for buck boil I’ve ever had I had to verify my check & make sure I didn’t order the mega boil in Accident for sure I’ll be back when I’m in the area.

First and last visit. Was led all the way over to the very corner where they were working on the area and a ladder was right behind the table in the dusty area. For some reason there were only BLK ppl sitting in that area. We requested to sit on the other side where you come in at (the clean side) and the hostess had an attitude about it.
Once seated the waiter took a while to come over and take our orders. I ordered the supposedly NEW SNOW CRAB LEG SALAD. Well, it was a medium bowl full of lettuce with 4 cherry tomatoes and a PINCH of crab meat on top. Not even equal to one crab leg!!!
As soon as the waiter sat the salad in front of me, I asked if I could exchange it and order something else because I could not fathom paying $16 for a bowl full of lettuce. He left and came back stating that the Manager said “No” because that’s the way the salad is traditionally made. Mind you the Manager didn’t have the decency or business edicate to come out and talk with me him/herself. The Waiter himself offered me some coupons, and I told him “I understand it’s not your fault, but no thanks because I’m sure I will NEVER dine at this establishment again!!!”
The best part of that restaurant was the waiter, and he deserves to be working at a better establishment!!!

We recently went for an afternoon break to this restaurant in hopes of good food and better beer. Unfortunately it left something to be desired. We tried a broil, the fried catfish, the clam chowder, crab cakes, and beer.
The waitress was personable. She smiled but otherwise seemed easily agitated with her mind elsewhere. The crab cakes weren’t good and was more filler than meat. The fried catfish was soft and plain. The clam chowder had broken shells in it and was mostly loaded with minced potatoes and onions. Just call it potato soup and add clams, literally like maybe 4 small clams. The beer was average. The broil was the only good thing.
If you’re looking for easy casual seafood, try this spot. If you’re looking for delicious seafood- try elsewhere.

It was a nice spot for a meal. I got the chicken tenders basket and they were the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had, juicy inside and crispy outside. Service was a tad slow but they looked short staffed for the amount of customers. They were very friendly.

Very prompt and warm welcoming service. Our server Charles was a very nice, positive guy with that warm spirit ❤️ my credits to him.
This place has a lot to offer for local experiences.

Seafood and fried baskets were cooked perfectly. Got the combo boil with shrimp and snow crab. “1lb” of crab was 2 clusters. Fried shrimp basket was my favorite. Tasty for a mall restaurant.

This seafood restaurant is in a busy, popular area, so I expected some wait time. However, my experience varied depending on the time of day. On a Saturday evening, the wait for my food after being seated was much longer than expected, which was frustrating. In contrast, when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, I was seated and served quickly, I had to send back my oysters and scallops because they arrived cold.
Once my meal was corrected, everything was great! The food was flavorful, the portion sizes were decent for the price, and overall, I enjoyed my experience. Despite the inconsistencies, I would definitely return.

Although I have to say, I enjoyed my first visit here, The highlight was the bartender who managed to graciously supply everyone at the bar with a share of time and service. The bar was packed when we arrive and she managed the chaos which such grace. Kudos to Aaliyah.

I had a very disappointing experience at Crafty Crab. I came here with my family for a seafood boil and right from the start, several items that were supposed to come with our table order were missing.
While I was eating, I found a long piece of hair stuck to the crab. I immediately called our waitress, JAI and showed it to her. Instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, she said, “Oh no, that’s just the shrimp,” even though it was clearly hair. I removed the hair myself and placed it on a plate. She then snatched the seafood boil bag off the table and walked away to the back without explaining what would happen next or giving us any guidance. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating.
She did not return for about 30 minutes, and we were left confused about what we were supposed to do. I eventually asked another waitress for help, who said she would contact our assigned waitress. We waited another 15 minutes with no response.
Finally, I asked for a manager. When the manager came over they brought the bill which I paid for the seafood. After that, the waitress came back to the table, and I told her that she should have at least communicated with us about what was going on. She responded angrily and said, “I ain’t arguing with you.” And just left.
The lack of hygiene, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude completely ruined our experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
