Eat Real on Main has a very nice aesthetic, and we were greeted warmly when we walked in. The gentleman who took our order was kind and helpful, which I appreciated. We placed a to-go order and were asked to wait at the bar. After about 30 minutes, our food was brought out, but unfortunately by the time we made it back to the office it was cold.
The sandwich was enjoyed by the team, though the mid bowl felt a bit expensive for the portion and quality. While there were positives, the overall experience wasn’t what I had hoped for, so I’m not sure I would return.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning around 9:30 am with my mom and my fiancé. It was our first time here and we were excited by the cute aesthetic and vast menu. However that is where our excitement ended. We had several issues with our meal which honestly come down to poor service.
– My fiancé ordered a cortado with vanilla. It came with no vanilla.
– I ordered a latte that was supposed to have vanilla in it already and it did not.
– My mom ordered an english breakfast tea and received a green tea. Also, the kettle did not keep the tea hot so she was not able to have a second cup.
– The drinks took an abnormal amount of time to come out, especially considering the barista was not very busy, she seemed to only be making our drinks.
– The worst part: All of our food came out cold. Instead of remaking the food they microwaved it (Which is a violation of the health code). It was obvious because my mom had separated part of her omelette and the “new” one looked exactly the same. My fiancé’s over easy eggs were over medium after as well. Plus the “new” dishes came back out in less than 5 minutes and one by one. When they put the plates back on the table they tried to lie and say they remade it. Microwaving the food is bad enough but don’t lie to my face just put the plate down. The plates would not have been served cold if the server didn’t let them sit for however long.
The food tasted good flavor wise but unfortunately I would not return to this location due to the poor, negligent service.

Had a great time with my husband! The French toast was an absolute yes and so was the breakfast burrito—since it’s giving “brunch spot”, it would be nice if something came with the breakfast burrito, like some type of side cos aside from still being hungry as for plating, it would be more aesthetically pleasing if it did, and that would also make it priced fairly. I also ordered a mocktail which I enjoyed, it was a lavender drink. As for the service, it was great! It was busy on a Sunday so be prepared to wait, but the staff handled it so well. The ambiance is lovely—designed very well and makes me feel relaxed and at home.

Been there twice and both times ended up leaving, the staff is slower than the sloth from zootopia. They really do take their sweet time to seat you then to give you a menu, even sweeter time to give you warm water and even longer to take your order. I don’t want to imagine what it like to wait for food so we left this time around once again and yeah safe to say I won’t return to give it another try. Pretty spot, great social media, mediocre staff.

I’ve loved this place since I was young, from their first cafe in newhall to their cafe by Valencia high and now to their beautiful restaurant on Main Street. Their food is almost always up to my expectations and I do truly love and recommend this business. You can tell they rlly put some thought into their menu. I do feel like they could be just a little bit better on some menu items. But overall this is a solid establishment and very unique to Santa Clarita valley. Coffee is amazing too

Discrimination is undermining. Came in with my family of four to have brunch. Upon arrival there were tables available inside and outside. The hostess told us there is a wait for 20 min . We said that’s fine will wait . 5 min later there were two ladies walked in she welcomed and have them sitted. We are standing and watching while this is going on. Patiently waited. So while waiting there another group of people walked in and I walked in to ask her question . The guys who walked in tried to get a table she tried to grab the meme she saw me she goes there is a wait time for 20 min the guys walked out and I too stepped out. The minute I stepped out the guys went back in , she grabbed the menu and she directed them to a table. The minute I went back in I asked her for the manager she goes I have a table for you I said I need to see your manager, she walked to the manager whispered about me and walked. Away . If I didn’t asked for the manager we would have still standing there waiting to be sitted. I don’t care how good your food is but the amount of disrespect you are showing to clients will not be supporting the business. I honestly don’t care what the feedback will be after this review because I know your going to write saying that they had a reservation which clearly that’s a lie beacouse the guys who were there standing clearly didn’t had any reservations.

I stumbled upon this restaurant on my way to another coffee shop. This was a great find. The ambiance and atmosphere is very inviting. First time visiting and my reaction was this is a well thought out decor and makes you feel comfortable. I ordered the meat lover breakfast burrito and a cappuccino. The burrito was delicious. You can literally taste all the ingredients separately. I will definitely return for lunch or dinner.

Returned to this great cafe’ serving healthy food, smoothies, bowls and more. Today, we stopped for breakfast, I had the breakfast bagel with a Berry smoothie, both were delicious! My husband had the breakfast bowl and a specialty coffee, just great all the way around! Our server was like the food, perfecy! First time we stopped here, we were on our way to Laemmle theater and grabbed a quick bite here. Such a pleasure to see such a diverse menu with healthy choices. I had the turkey on sourdough with sprouts (quite good), my husband had the Cali-wrap, he definitely enjoyed! Breakfast, lunch & dinner served here with so many choices, I have to say the baked goods looked scrumptious for sure! The Eat Real Cafe is just what you want to brighten your day with it’s cheery, comfy setting both inside and out. Quite busy at lunchtime today, yet service did well keeping up. I certainly recommend Eat Real on Main.

The Food, Service, and Atmosphere are great. I really like the vast drink menu and natural alcohols. Very cool place and I’m glad Eat Real has had enough success to open 3 locations. This restaurant location is my favorite, but arguably much different from the other locations. Regardless, keep up the great work with bringing SCV more organic/natural options, it is appreciated.
