Everytime I try to order Popeyes they always have some issues. Whether it be the chicken dry as a desert or cancelling my order for some odd reason. They should just close this location down at this point.

I wanted to do a survey but I wasn’t given a receipt so I don’t know the store number to make an official complaint. Not sure why the workers and managers at this location have an issue with giving customers extra gravy. Today is the second time I asked for extra gravy and was told they added extra gravy when I saw them grab the pre-made side cup from the warmer and not add anything to it. This Popeyes location is horrible not sure why they are against extra gravy but this is unacceptable. I have NEVER been turned down for something I asked and paid for at any restaurant. I am officially done with this Popeyes location. I posted the picture to show everyone the extra gravy the cashier claimed they added. When I saw them grab this cup from the warmer without adding anything. Management you really need to get a handle on your workers.

Popeyes is now highly overrated. The quality of the food is very low. I ordered the spicy chicken strips with mashed potatoes. There was more crust than meat on the strips and practically no spicy seasoning. Looks like every time Popeyes gets new owners they cut back on cheaper ingredients and the portions sizes get smaller.

The chicken taste as if it was rewarmed and not freshly cooked. I had to make a u-turn for my condiments and my apple pie which was given to me without the cinnamon season. I could’ve cried but I just ate my food. Don’t ever play with a pregnant woman’s food. Highly disappointed. My people have to do better.

This location is awful. Sold me spoiled rancid red beans and being argumentative telling me it’s not bad. They didn’t throw it out and continued to sell it as a customer ordered red beans while I waited. Pitiful. Why serve bad food when this is a corp and you are not responsible for food cost. Lazy

Every time I go here there is something not in the bag. This time was a family Mac and Cheese which is my favorite. I really wish I would have checked the bag. I should know not to leave it up to them to get it right.
